Let me just clarify straight up that the Doomsday Destroyer is NOT an intense thrill ride. As an observer, it looks a lot scarier and faster than it actually is when you’re riding it. If you’re intending to go on it for the usual adrenaline rush and a nail biting experience, you’re going to be disappointed. However, that said, it is fun. LOTS of fun. The ride does not really pack many (if any!) G’s, and does not really cause disorientation… at least it didn’t for me. and provides a simple experience which most families – including older kids – will most definitely enjoy.

A lot less intense than I initially expected it to be, but that said, I actually prefer it that way. This is definitely one attraction I'll continue to ride regularly during park visits.Intensity
Intensity is minimal, other than the fact it does hang you upside down at a couple of stories high for a few moments, which some may find intimidating. This would be the most thrilling aspect of the ride, otherwise it's fairly tame. Looks faster from an observer's POV than it looks and feels as a rider.Rider Comfort

Ride cycle is a little over 2 minutes long, which may be more than enough for some younger riders. However I think older, more experienced thrillseekers may find it's not satisfyingly long enough.Theming/Storyline
Excellent theming, especially for a flat ride. Movie World have done a great job bringing this attraction to life, and it fits in perfectly with its surroundings.Upkeep/Presentation
Hard to judge this early, since the ride is newly constructed and only just opened to the public last week. So I'm rating it for its current condition, which is top notch.Queue/Efficiency
Movie World staff do an excellent job, have never had to wait too long to ride this attraction. The single riders queue is an added bonus if you're visiting the park alone.More Reviews
