  1. I'm not too thrilled with the idea, and the thought of the two modes reminds me instantly of Pandamonium at Dreamworld - many people see it operating at full speed and don't want to ride it so they don't approach and see it has the less thrilling option. They should focus on a traditional family dark-ride - a new updated version of Looney Tunes River ride. I don't know why everyone wants a wooden coaster built - it simply won't happen the cost and maintenance is too costly and you can get a much more thrilling steel coaster for a fraction of the cost and a much smaller footprint.

  2. That would be a nice touch to have an interactive queue or a pre-show (or both if we're lucky), but can't Movie World move away from the DC Comics license and start making rides themed around the other great movies in their catalogue? With it being too similar, I both agree and disagree. Sure, other parks around the world do have drop towers and another tower ride (Wind Seeker, Parachute Drop, etc.) in the one park, but as colliric_855 said, a smaller park like Movie World probably couldn't handle having two of the possible eight rides being very similar.

  3. It's too similar is the problem.... Especially for a smaller park like WB.

  4. I'm not sure I really like it. It does look fun and thrilling, but I think Movie World could do better. Thats just my opinion.

  5. Ride Op's are generally not a reliable source unless you know them personally. I know a few that like to spin tales to guests they find annoying... For example a certain Parkz member was under the impression VRTP was considering purchasing a Boomerang this year If you are quoting a ride or retail employee as a source it is probably best to state so up front. That said it would not surprise me if Hillbilly Slasher does return. Also expect to see details of Fast Track for FN Soon... $39.99 and $29.99 for VIP is tentative/likely pricing

  6. As long as this policy is pursued with unbiased vigour i have no issues with this . However i have seen some pretty pointless posts by mods on these boards that probably were deserving of deletion. It needs to be policed fairly and apply to all.

  7. Doubt it, Internet access has probably been deemed a non essential business expense, and like Operations has probably been cut from the budget....

  8. Here's a good question, does Dreamworld still read these forums?
