The 'Parkz crew' members get treated to a bunch of selfies from their holidays and parties where each of them holds up a sign saying "thanks Ryande16 for the holiday" as one of the membership perks.

I'm not sure why anyone things the construction is planned AROUND marketing, that's really not how it works. The joker face is a theming element. It has zero to do with Mack's construction and would not even be part of that timeline. It will be ready when whoever is building it finishes and then they'll put it up. Kind of as simple as that.

But if the face is not ready, then it is cheaper to remove and return. They'd be paying for the crane everyday it's on site, working or not, as it could be elsewhere making its owner money. There is a reason Uplift Cranes owns and operates 3 top fuel dragsters in Australia plus one in the USA.

I love how the public thinks... Mishka/Little Bear is going to really suit a 2m / 300kg bear in a few years time. It's like having a pet bird and naming it Egg. It's 2017... they should have just gone with Beary McBearface and made everyone happy.

My favourite element of this new coaster is right near the end of the first drop, where you crash into the Hyundai Excel

I wouldn't think Dreamworld would want to publicly remind everyone of the accident, therefore possibly restarting the whole reduction in attendance again just when people are starting to get over it.

A memorable ride at Rainbows End will be closing at Rainbows End on the 19st of Aug, the Pirate Ship! This is a sad time for many New Zealanders, as for some of us this is our first theme park ride we had ever been on. I personally are shocked that they would announce a closure so suddenly. On the bright side though, they will be building a new attraction there which will open in 2018. Remember when Chris talked about adding a dark ride? Perhaps it could be built be on this site. I hope whatever will be put there is as good as some of the major thrill rides! (Let's hope it's not a kiddie ride like AA). I am very pleased to see that Rainbows End is expanding and improving quickly. It's just so sad seeing such a fond memory go. Very little pirate ships left in the world now.

Very dissapointed this year with the ride lineup. It's always just the same rides... They should start investing in some different ones. We now have 3 swinging rides!

Thought the same thing - why is this such a big deal to the general public. I mean people die every day on our roads, in work place accidents and various other causes. Yet there's rarely anything but friends and family involved. People say its because it's relatable - but surely driving on the road is relatable to pretty much everyone. I think Dreamworld will ignore it as much as they possibly can. They'll probably do something internally with the staff prior to opening, and make a public statement in response to all the inquiries they'll no doubt receive. Outside of that, i suspect the only thing they'll do is marshal where any flowers get left, and then remove them at the end of the day.

I actually really enjoyed HKDL and this was before the major E-Tickets it's received since opening. I think many people miss the concept of just enjoying park atmosphere (mostly because our parks have little to none) without being entertained by an attraction 99% of the time.

What I don't understand is (and this is just me) I don't know any of the people that died in the accident, it didn't personally affect it in any way. Thats not to say it's not sad. But I don't feel the need or desire to pay my respects to victims I don't know.

I also have a lot of Legendia pics in storage too As it is my first visit to Poland, I'm not very familiar as to what is generic theming is to the Poles, but Legendia's Main Street was more of a... regular MS. I also posted an Energylandia Vlog! i don't think it's an issue of cheaper... it would have been cheaper to put it up now while the crane was on site.

As @themagiciansaid. Cheaper to bring the crane back in a couple of weeks time, or use a helicopter or rigging to get it up.

@Tim Dasco I don't think that would have anything to do with it. I'd just say there might have been a delay in the manufacturing process of it. Or they want to use it as the monumental moment of the finishing of the coaster.

I think the pull through and possibly test cycles will happen before the joker face goes up. It will be harder to pull a train slowly over and down the drop with the joker face on top.

In every summer they operate 'SUMMER SPLASH' Festive, And this year they renovate former 'Double Rock Spin' to 'Splash Double Rock Spin' I bring this rides here, Because It's some 'STRANGE' 'SPLASH' Rides! Let's see the vids. It looks something Interesting. Anyone Know other splash attractions like this? Or more attractive, In the whole world!
