  1. Have to say, I have absolute NFI what the rationale or reasoning for any of that is at all..

  2. Yeah 100% agree here guys. I am pretty certain from what I have been told that the Maloney's Corner will receive a much needed facelift with the ongoing $25 million new ride investment. If they can reproduce something on the level of their recent refurb of the Helter Skelter cafe then it bodes very well for what is to come. Thats excellent @19Michael96. Its these small attention to details that make such a difference- lets hope that they continue this with actually finishing the decorative roof on the left hand side of the Helter Skelter cafe as you pointed out a couple of pages ago. LPS are also ramping up their Easter offerings with a special school holiday Funfest. As well as the new addition of Volare , there are also 2 temporary rides in Body Rock and Auto Racer. This is great value for anyone who is anticipating visiting the park over the Easter school holidays- it should see the park be quite busy!!!

  3. No, the most difficult thing will be keeping them there and not having them disappear again.

  4. I checked out some of the progress at Luna Park again this week. The Rotor has it's cartoon figures back on the facade. And one image I did get a chance to take last time was this poster of the Volare that was up inside the Helter Skelter facade as you enter the ride. Oh and the Tango Train is still down for maintenance. What the hell is going on with that ride?

  7. The lack of protein must do something to these people’s brains. Was volunteering down at Collingwood Children’s Farm this week and one of the workers was recounting how some activists came to set their horses “free”... into the wild prairies of inner Melbourne I guess...

  8. Seems the greatest trick Consentino has done is make people appear at Dreamworld.

  9. Not sure if this is the same group of morons that have recently caused havoc at several theme parks, or just another similarly minded pack of idiots. Either way, it does suggest the fines could also apply to any future theme park incidents involving animal activists.

  10. its basically justice league on steroids I actually thought I was on a coaster the first time, Australian theme parks have a lot to learn but DC hyper was a great start

  11. I think it's safe to say we'd be waiting until after Consentino is gone now.

  12. I agree. Plus you've got to change them regularly, or people just don't notice them after a while.

  13. Disney California Adventure: > Hollywood tower hotel (odd thing with lifts) > radiator springs racer (such an awsome ride system)

  14. Indiana Jones ride Disneysea, the theming was the one of the best I've seen, as the ride itself

  15. I watched the show this afternoon, and surprisingly I actually didn’t mind it. It is far from perfect, but I must say all the water stunts were very impressive and good to see them mixing it up and incorporating newer technologies into all. The story line is okay, never overly been a fan of shows where it’s one team vs another, but it’s much better than how HSD2 handles it. While the comedy of the script is corny, there were some laugh out loud moments. The BMX stunts didn’t really add anything extra to the show and the positioning meant you couldn’t see it in full, unless you were up the top. It is a shame the island set wasn’t utilised more with the show. It’s good it’s there to add some theming to everything, but a stunt through one of the doors would’ve added to it. The dance at the end definitely didn’t suit the shows style at all and is a bit unnecessary, I would’ve preferred all the stunt team being in the water performing a heap of stunts to end with a spectacular end. I think it is enjoyable and worth checking out, definite improvement from the last few shows, but still not on par or better than the Water Ski Wipeout era
