  1. I really hope they do a water ride like maybe a log flume or water coaster because as much as im excited about River Town its always going to be a gap in their attraction line up I think it should be their next priortiy. Does anyone else agree with ? me or dissagree im just curious to hear what other people think.

  2. i feel like i remember Dreamworld confirming plans for 2025 but i may be remembering wrong, however if they go for a water ride, their only option is a water coaster, unless it’s something like a Zamperla Big Wavez. i believe the next addition will be something catering to thrill seekers though when looking at their pattern (Sky Voyager > Steel Taipan > KB Dreamland, DF and Rivertown.) in general i think 2025 will be more of an aesthetic / overall park upgrade year for all the parks. i could see Sea World potentially opening a new ride in the old VR station area since some work has been happening there lately, but who knows.

  3. Don't stress. DW have more plans for 2025.

  4. The thread was specifically started based off of the "main arena" (that being the one at the end of main street, which the context of the online discussion had clearly outlined, which is why the options were limited to only the occupants of that arena), but by all means, feel free to create your own thread on the Show stage and it's former incarnations (i'd be voting for Maverick, but thats just me)

  6. From what is said in the video, a single sensor out of tolerance is causing a complete shutdown. This isn't standard in the industry and usually when there's multiple sensors to agree on things, most across the industry accept if all agree except one, the one disagreeing is discarded. You'd expect SBF VISA, given their time in the industry, would do this, but it sounds like they didn't. Not really Village's fault but we all know what happens when you assume. I still think Funtime should have been the direction but we can't know all their reasons - but I do know SBF shouldhave known better.

  7. Fuck me i'm loving this transparency from Village. Very cool to hear all the things they're doing to try and bring it back up reliably.
