  1. Considering last year didn’t ‘sell out’ until the day of each night, I’d expect to see a similar trend again this year. I’d honestly be surprised if any night actually sell out this year considering it’s the same offering as last.

  2. All the themeing is prefab, so it should be onsite in crates and containers. Once necessary structual and ride components are done, then they can have all this done in a couple of weeks. Even labour hire if they have to. The thing thats going to take the longest is letting any greenery grow in.

  3. Look, if it gets delayed it gets delayed. But, in all of the Rivertown press releases they've made so far, they have continued to explicitly state that they're on schedule for an opening later this year ('weather permitting', etc.). Harping on about how you believe it won't happen 'cause the undercover area for Murrisippi Motors's station isn't yet complete doesn't change that. I'll believe either scenario when it occurs or is otherwise confirmed, but anything remains possible until that point.. Dreamworld's been pretty good at opening new attractions on time recently, and though this is their largest project in a bit, them remaining confident that they can do the same for Rivertown throughout its construction is as good of a sign as any. Remember, the year isn't 2020, they aren't Sea World, and this isn't New Atlantis.

  4. Sure - but I don't think it should be - its the perfect spot for it, it takes new riders unawares, the blades make people think they're going to hit them so they're a little afraid, and the car is tilted in a way that all riders are unobstructed for the camera. I also don't think the doors being in a high(er) speed place where there's no safety brake in case the doors fail to open is a good idea - if the doors fail, you either crash into the door or theres a new brake that results in a valley?

  5. Judging by the blueprint style image they released, I'm quite surprised it doesn't do the full loop. I'd be curious to know why something seemingly so simple isn't added to add that extra element to help make it "King". More like "Queen Claw" without it

  6. FloRider is gone. The concept has had its time, especially given the location. It made somewhat sense when there WWW entry was there, but no longer. Trolls Village? I mean it hasn't been that for years, and they don't have a dreamworks license, so that isnt happening.

  7. This is also the first Intamin Gyro swing to be removed. So it will be interesting to see what happens to it, weather it is scrapped or sold off. With claw being the second oldest behind Drayton Manors Malestrom
