Am I reading you right - you think something is 'hit or miss' and you haven't even seen it? By that logic I think you're a bit hit or miss yourself... AKA: Enthusiasts can't even wait until they've ridden something before judging it these days. I know they've been leaning into K&B for nostalgia and lack of licencing, but i do with they'd ease off a bit. K&B aren't Rivertown. That's the Tasman Co. K&B have their own land. they should stay there. JMO.7 points

Within the park you do only find the characters within Dreamland (and now as a photo op for MM). It’s not like you find them at every corner of the park. If K&B appeared anymore than this then I’d agree, but I think this as a photo op is fine.6 points

Excited, but it seems there were no lessons learned from the Atlantis opening debacle. I see no good reason other than "getting ahead" of the competition to not just soft-launch tomorrow with a proper opening on Boxing Day. But I guess I'm not an executive, so I wouldn't know any better.3 points

So a little information board popped up and I might have a headcannon that both Jane and Murry aren't technically alive thanks to the Jungle Rush info part. Otherwise, the land is just amazing! I do hear Murrasippi Motors might soft open tomorrow.2 points

It's a hit overall. Not as themed (yet anyway, it's a soft opening) as the dark ride scenes in Scooby or Superman, but as a show scene it works very very well. The audio in there is crazy, loud and adds a lot to the atmosphere.2 points

Nobody misread anything. You simply just made a stupid comment. See, a little bit of lore goes a long way. Loving the look of the photos/vids coming out. Surely an official POV is imminent. I will say that the Jungle Rush station looks a bit underwhelming. The TV screens kind of cheapen the look to me. Bit of a shame, as the rest of the queue is fantastic.1 point

If anyone’s got tickets to the event over the next 3 nights, you might get to check out Wizard of Oz at night! Tickets are still available for Sunday if anyone hasn’t already got them and wants night rides.1 point

Tomorrow is going to be a great time for theme park guests. Movieworld opening the OZ Section, but I also imagine Dreamworld will have a decent soft opening all day. Especially now Movieworld has posted the opening on their socials. Great time to be a coaster enthusiast and congrats to both parks for making more themed rides and areas.1 point

My understanding is because it’s soft opening, not everything has been turned on yet and there might be more to come during the ride experience once it’s officially open.1 point
