  1. The new Dreamworld Development plan has been lodged with council, and if I was a betting man, MW will be beaten to the post, with short term accommodation.
  2. What is the point of serving us caviar for Rivertown while serving Big Macs for the rest of the park? Why waste the extra money on Rivertown, if your not going to carry it throughout all of your business?
  3. Covid happened and SW had to make cuts I guess. https://www.parkz.com.au/article/2020/03/20/683-Dreamworld_and_Sea_Worlds_new_roller_coasters_thrown_into_doubt_amid_coronavirus_financial_chaos.html
  4. That's why I said, give the country fair the boot and put that money towards creating a better Halloween event. DW biggest competition is across the road, and if DW aren’t putting on better events, DW are losing to the competition.
  5. 😂 Have you ever tried to swim and make sandcastles at the same time? You end up with sloppy Joes.
  6. You can't swim and make sandcastles at the same time.
  7. Feels like DW has one foot in the ocean and one foot on the shore. DW goes all out with Rivertown, but happy to put on an Aussie World level event. DW, are we swimming or making sandcastles? Are we a premium park, or are we an average park?
  8. I don't know. Maybe you can't read and just looked at the picture.
  9. MONEY. I don't know who was making the original SF Sea World said they were building, but the one we ended up with, is a fraction of the size, shown in the original concept.
  10. The ones that cry about me, are the ones who stalk me the most. You can't make this shit up. 🤣😂🤣😂🤣
  11. If that's what it reminded me of. Yes. People know what a fete looks likes, so it's self explanatory what I am conveying. You liked DW's Spooky Night. Goodo. But this is my review what I thought, not yours.
  12. Stop with your gripe shit. I have no gripe with DW. It's a matter of opinion and preference. I took my daughter and we both liked Spooky Nights over Happy Halloween. You're paddling up the wrong creek if you start comparing DW's randomly placed lasers, to a light show production. I don't want DW to copy SW but if they want free ideas, DW could do a Halloween parade.
  13. Why do I need to repeat myself. What DW put on, is what I expect a child's school fete. I'm sure you can work it out. On second thoughts.................
  14. I've placed the unedited version for you. Again I say:
  15. I'm still waiting on the part where people are public denouncing DW, for not changing it up.
  16. @Park Addict 93 DW is supposed to be a premium theme park, a place people travel to from across Australia, yet Happy Halloween has no premium elements to it, and what Happy Halloween offers; I would expect to see at Aussie World. DW ought to can Dreamworld Country Fair and put that money into Happy Halloween. That way, you would turn 2 back-to-back mediocre events into one premium event.
  17. Did Happy Halloween & Spooky Nights over the weekend. Spooky nights blows Happy Halloween out of off the Gold Coast. Spooky nights is what you would expect at a theme park and Happy Halloween reminded me of going to my daughters school fete.
  18. Maybe MW had 5000 tickets to sell and only sold 4999. Is 1 less ticket poor numbers?
  19. Nobody has said the train completed a circuit. You're not testing the train in the station to the columns are fully torqued down. Your'e not torquing the columns down until all the track is installed.
  20. The steel column connections to the footings aren't tightened to max torque, until the track is complete to allow for adjustments, during the track insulation. At a guess, no testing could have stared before the columns are locked down. Plus, at another guess, you would want to make sure it all goes together. Remember what happened to Rivals?
