  1. Actually, I've ridden sixty-eight Wacky Worms as of last month Seriously though, I started counting coasters because other people asked me how many I'd been on. For me I will not go far out of my way for a family/kiddie coaster, but if there is one near where I'm going to be I don't see why I shouldn't ride it! Not everyone. I don't do that, and relocations for me are NOT new credits. I prefer to save the word "coaster" for rides that are actually good. I've done quite a few of late that are probably best described as "credits" FWIW, for those who don't know me: http://www.bannister.org/coasters/order.htm
  2. Hmm, Sea World's site says that Corkscrew is closed 19 October-30 November - which I would have thought long enough for new trains and a retheme. Do you think it's going to be closed beyond that? http://seaworld.myfun.com.au/Attractions/A...Maintenance.htm
  3. Folks, It looks like I'll be heading down under for a week or so at the end of the year. As I always do, therefore, my question -- are there any fairs on in Australia over the Christmas period that will feature roller coasters? On my last visit (Easter 2008) I managed the Sydney Royal Easter Show - loved that Richard
  4. Folks I could answer this question myself using half an hour of Google but I thought I'd just get the fast answer from the experts. Do the majority of parks in your part of the world open weekdays all the way through January and February? I'm contemplating a two week trip towards the end of January. Thanks Richard
