I am with Dj on this one. To me they are an important part of mainstreet and really fit in with movieworlds whole theme. Oh and yes thats what I meant Gazza however on a larger scale to house larger trees that could be used for shade.

Hey klassen,welcome to the forums Question concerning the trees: Even though the area has been concreted is it possible that they could still put trees back in by making a big box that is full of soil to plant them in. Like the picture below except bigger. Note: There is a 25-50% chance of rain in 14 days time. Mabey it will be needed on its opening day.

I can't believe how different Main street looks without the trees. The only thing that looks the same is the big screen.

Yeh but if they are sails then they won't stop the rain coming through which was one of the original reasons for the roof to be built.

I sort of agree with Revolutionx on this one. If you are only going to do the major rides once each and skip the shows and miss out the fantastic WB kids zone the MW is definitley a half day park. However if you are like myself and think that MWs ride are superior then you will ride many times and see the shows, ride roadrunner and river ride then soon enough the gates are closing and walla you've just spent a day a Movieworld. I agree that Movieworld need to increase the ride count in the future to make less re rides but it all comes down to the person you are. If you re ride lots and don't get sick of it then you'll be at Mw for a full day but if you like to only ride once or twice then it is a half day park.

Along time ago I remember someone telling me that they were stuck at the top of Giant Drop for 2-3 hours. I think it was a huge exageration or lie. Could someone tell me if this ever happened or not. Thanks
