  1. Can't get rid of that quote I could get really close for you but I'll more likely end up at sea world next instead
  2. Fair point @AlexB I'd never really considered it as I too feel a meal should include a drink and the only other thing that has applied to me was the animal encounters up charges.
  3. What though? I mean the souvenirs don't change all that often, all the ride photos start to look the same, you've already got lunch sorted. Drinks/ice cream is pretty much all that's left. I'm not saying it's a bad idea, I mean obviously the park has thought this through and can make it work.
  4. I hate to say it, but I almost miss RWC. At least he put some effort into his trolling.
  5. Fair enough on the rest, I just would have expected something more along the lines of "The spokesman said the man sustained facial grazes, was hypothermic, had ingested a bit of water and was complaining about hip and foot pain". Having fractured my wrist, fingers and toes, it seems to be the kind of thing you notice pretty well straight away. Maybe not to diagnose the issue, but to at least mention it when someone asks you "do you feel pain anywhere".
  6. It confuses me slightly as this means you only need to make 10-12 trips per year to cover the cost of the meal (assuming VIP). Surely it's not unexpected for a passholder to go at least once a month. Actually no, typing it out makes me realise that's where they make the money. Realistically to make the pass worthwhile, you need to visit twice in 12 months. If you visit once per month you make use of the meal voucher. If you don't go the other 10 times, the park makes a healthy profit.
  7. It's not a link. It's just alt-text. Point to the words and you'll get the pop up which pretty much says what you posted anyway.
  8. 1 - the ride has been confirmed to be an ITH. 2 - the Zamperla Hawk has flat support structures where the ITH has the round ones you see being built at MW
  9. I'm confused... 17 April 27 May So do we believe the Queensland Ambulance spokesperson who was response for, or worked with the team responsible for treating the man on the day, or do we believe the lawyer who's looking to make money from this? Or is the lawyer claiming that the medical professionals didn't notice all the other injuries until he was hired?
  10. I'm inclined to say yes, but it could just be the look of those white restraints that's throwing me off.
  11. I thought @joz sold that for a few million?
  12. I spent too long trying to work out what's going on with the outfit and didn't even notice the sign. Thought I was missing something funny.
  13. Ah that explains why I haven't seen it. I shall investigate.
  14. Would it be quicker to make a list of members who DON'T have a page?
  15. But on the bright side, some days you get to know what Disneyland's opening hours are. Which one's yours?
  16. I kind of expected the seats to look ..... different somehow. Not the paint job or artwork, but the ride itself. Something just looks odd.
  17. @iwerks I assume this means you have a page too? This is either proving @skeetafly's point that there's too many. Or there just isn't enough quality ones being advertised.
  18. TIL I still suck at making coasters. The new SFX look fun though. Any ideas how to make the wheels work on the launched coaster?
  19. Maybe it's somewhere to store all the food carts in preparation to reopen the old chinatown alley
  20. Would be a pretty basic investment too. A couple of grand at most for a computer with the software to record and wipe daily at say 10pm, giving them plenty of time to grab any footage they need.
  21. Ah! That would explain why I didn't know about it. Most of the "click here to see x" I just overlook thanks to the millions of clickbait crap thrown around. Things like "Here's 5 pics from the park today, the other 50 are {link}" I don't mind because I can make an assessment if it's worthwhile clicking.
