The claw and giant drop are bad for bigger people. even when i was at my biggest (174kgs) i could still get on scooby doo. im now at 97 kgs. keep on dieting and you wont have to worry about fitting on any rides.

Dreamworld wins top Queensland tourism award

Agreed Ardent have no right to be in the theme park business. but its not necessarily ardent winning the prize as it is for what Dreamworld had before they come along and started wrecking the place. having the tigers and other animals plus a good line up of rides is why they won. on a side note without saying what I know I'm confident Dreamworld might finally start heading in the right direction by the end of next year. -

as bad as what Dreamworld seems to most people it is still held in high regards by a lot of people. I was at movie world today and it was pretty quiet. left at about 2:30 and when I went past Dreamworld the car park was overflowing with people parked on the grass. it was the same last weekend. as much as enthusiasts want a b&m or whatever roller coaster that Dreamworld could never afford it seems the public like what they have. -
the best answer for those questions is to think of what you would want someone to act like if you were complaining to them. they aren't expecting a long drawn out pre prepared answer. they want to know that you have an understanding of customer service.

another thing is make sure if your Facebook isn't set to private that you don't have anything stupid on there. I know that Dreamworld do Check Facebook and I'm guessing movie world do to.

obviously I haven't updated my details. she loves the job the only bit that sucks is not getting paid extra for working weekends.

not cost cutting. my girlfriend got a job in the last intake for the September holidays. she was told she would only work 3 weeks and then nothing to the December holidays. she has been working 35 hours a week since and they are making her permanent. Dreamworld are over the top about cutting costs atm but they still seem interested in keeping there good workers. if you have the right attitude you will get the job. they are less interested in skills because they can train you.

I'm guessing you are young and still in school. to build a ride within the mountain in 3 months would be impossible. it would be a massive task trying to redo the track on existing supports. the ride and the building have been left to rot for to long. its sad because the mine ride was one of my favourite rides but just the location alone makes it very hard to build something to match what the ride used to be. if you're not set on flying with Qantas and are flexible with when you go you could do it alot cheaper then that. for $3000 per person my girlfriend and I have worked out a holiday that starts with 2 weeks in L.A going to Disneyland, DCA, six flags magic mountain, universal studios and knotts Berry farm. Then we are going to Orlando for a week and going to the Disney Parks there. that price includes everything traveling in October. we are just unsure if we want to do a few days in Las Vegas as well.

If they were serious about building repeat business and a better experience for there guests they would do it. Instead they are chasing a quick buck and it will come back to hurt them in the long run.

they could sort out a system somehow on scooby doo and superman where you could store your belongings whilst on the ride and you can collect them at the end of the ride. It wouldn't be easy to sort out but it could be done. They could still have the lockers for people who are worried about there stuff going missing.

The residents nearby need to harden up. Its not like they are open every night. Try living near a pub or night club. They make noise to the early hours of the morning and yet they are allowed to operate. There is so many sad people in the world that have such a boring life that they have to complain about everything. On the issue of the no loose items, of course it is revenue raising. If it wasn't the lockers would be free.

I went to the first night and was good but me and my girlfriend left around 9:30 because there was nothing really to do after that. The mazes were ok but i didn't go through the zombie one because the smoke alarm was going off. They really need more shows or more rides open to make the night complete.

Shortest line would have to be thunderbolt. I walked straight onto it and then when on it another 15 times in a row without ever leaving my seat. Longest would have to be cyclone( i don't know why i bothered).
