Basically a top hat is a section in a rollercoaster where the coaster goes upwards,over the top and drops straight down

The residents cant keep on complaining. If so the park wont be shut down completely just the noisier rides removed because bits of the park are heritage listed. We cant lose Sydneys two and only parks in the same year
