Took this a month or so ago from the car park. I wasn't going to post it because my phone camera is a potato, but since no one else has..

These two taken at the defunct Olympia Theme Park would be about 10 years or so old now. They're poor quality, but I couldn't find any photos of the place on the internet so I figured why not upload them. They probably don't belong in this thread but oh well.

yep.................. I meant "occasional" as in the bus doesn't stop there on every single run. Sorry for not putting it better, my bad.

Aussie World will soon have an 'occasional' Sunbus service.. http://translink.com.au/travel-information/service-notices/14686/details

Pinfari Coaster and Wave Swinger for Aussie World

I heard an Aussie World spokesperson talking on the radio the other day. They were pretty vague, just basically saying that one part of the exciting new planned would be open in time for Easter. -

Saw an add for the ride on TV tonight. I'm fairly certain it said The Ride at the end of the name.- 778 replies

And just to talk about Maccas some more, the Noosa one is quite good.

I'm fairly certain there used to be some sort of WB store at Westfield Chermside as well. Only lasted a few years.

Haha yet another (if only slight) botched photoshop job.

According to some photos on facebook, they've started painting the green parts of it brown.

I'm also voting for MikeMac. While I'm sure there are more relevant themes out there, I kind of like the Star Wars idea.

What rides have you gotten stuck on, or have seen broken down?
Tomato replied to Jacko's topic in Theme Park Discussion
I've seen countless issues on various rides at Dreamworld. ^^ The same thing happened to my friend on the Claw - wouldn't align and they had to go again. The only thing I've actually experienced is being dropped by one of the arms on the Octopus ride at Aussie World from half way up its cycle (which isn't even that much), as the operator was ending the ride. -
Not that this is bad, but my longest was wasting an hour of my life to go on the Thunder River Rapid Ride on a hot summers day.

Your Top 5 Best Rides or Worst rides ever That I you been on
Tomato replied to Jacko's topic in Theme Park Discussion
In my relatively inexperienced life of visiting theme parks (Queensland only): 1. TOT2 2. Scooby Doo 3. The Claw 4. WWF 5. Roadrunner (for nostalgia reasons, being my first coaster) The only ride I can ever remember disliking is the Rock 'n' Roll Rebel at Aussie World. Superman Escape &/or Green Lantern may be better than some of these rides, but the last time I went to MW was a month be for SE opened.
