roaring rapids at six flags doesn't. see how much safer that looks. notice an attendant right in the middle of it ready to hit the emergency stop button at ANY sign of trouble.

if it is going to re-open it needs to be redesigned either put an actual belt on the conveyor NO MORE SLATS or as 1werks suggested get the people of the damn thing before you even get near the conveyor. also a new safety measure has to be put in a staff member must be watching this conveyor all the time and if a raft gets stuck they have to run over and kick/push it loose.

we usually skip the stunt show after seeing it a dozen times already sometimes my sister will break off and go see it on her own though while we go to scooby. and yeah trying to do both parks in the school holidays is near impossible

it seems dw have been cutting corners for a long time i'm amazed nothing else has ever gone terribly wrong.

if they do re-open TRRR they better redesign that conveyor belt and the metal part at the bottom of it (see pics) also has to go so this can never EVER happen again

the park won't get shut down (prob not) but i think we've seen the last of poor TRRR...

^^it would have stopped the conveyor belt which would have slowed the raft considerately plus with the belt stopped even if someone fell through them slats they probably would have survived.

if a raft did get stuck and the operator seen another raft coming towards it about to crash into it...why didn't he push the emergency stop button?

zomg that's my sisters fav ride too! they will prob shut it down for good now and it'll join eureka..

lets just all calm down and let mw build the coaster a bit more and we'll be able to see what it is as it takes shape.

wouldn't it be awesome if they extended the seaworld monorail to go to all 3 parks and TG though?!
