It was where Belmore Ave turns right next to the railway line on this map. The first corner block on the left hand side heading towards the Kurrajong Ave roundabout.

That actual billboard has only been built in the past few months hence late night lane closures for construction. Maybe they previously advertised on a tree or on the back of bats that inhabit that area?

Heading towards the Blue Mountains on the M4, about a kilometre before the W'N'W Sydney site Jamberoo have advertised their season pass on a large billboard. Well played Jamberoo.

It's looks great. The different colours of the ride stand out brilliantly. It catches the eye straight away when driving past. I think building that first ride close to the M4 was a good idea as there is no doubt W'n'W Sydney has arrived. There hasn't been much rain in western sydney over the past month so no problems keeping on track with the building completion times.

Definitely coming along well. The site always looks like a hive of activity. It will be interesting to see if the NSW Government and Wet'n'Wild come up with a ticket linking public transport and amusement park entry. There was a WonderLink ticket when Wonderland was operating. When the Easter Show is open they have ShowLink.

Looks like the structure that will hold the first ride is nearing completion. The stairs leading to the beginning of the ride have been completed.

The pylons that have been put in place look like they are for the Abyss master blaster going off the proposal map layout of the park.

Finally a banner placed on one of the shipping containers facing the M4 for drivers heading westbound advising of Wet'n'Wild Sydney. Not the biggest of banners and I still think a bigger sign next to the M4 facing both directions would be more beneficial. Still, at least it's something.

It's a shame they closed this ride. I was lucky enough to go on this ride a couple of years ago and it was a great relaxing ride. Change is inevitable but rides like this gives kids a chance to experience things from yesteryear. I believe it needed some updating like a show or action scenes as the boat travelled around. I'm glad now I took some video footage whilst riding on the Captain Sturt.

I'd like to see something similar to LTRR but updated. Something the whole family can enjoy without the thrill seeker factor. The indoor element of the ride was unique and should be kept that way.

Hence why I said they 'looked' like water slide parts. The observations I make are from a few seconds viewing travelling on the M4. They could be storing items like this in the many shipping containers on the site. None of us really know unless we were working on site.

Went past the site today and noticed some blue and green pieces of plastic in a pile that looked like small parts of a water slide.

Went past the construction site a few days ago. Looks like they have started digging into the ground in one spot and it had temporary fencing around it. The excavation work done so far is huge but its not level. This time next year I'm guessing they'll be just about ready for the official opening.

Just another minor update. No construction of rides or buildings can be seen yet just extensive excavation due to uneven ground. There are dirt mounds everywhere and many trees are gone. I'm surprised they haven't erected a sign facing both directions of the M4 motorway advising of this coming attraction. Even though its a year away this would open them to exposure of thousands of cars a day. There are still people I know who didn't know it was even an idea for Sydney let alone being constructed.

As mentioned the excavation work is in full swing. A fair amount of trees are still being removed. The machinery to do all this work are spread far and wide across the site. It's already strange knowing how the site was for as long as I remember to how it's changed now. That's without any current construction of rides or buildings started for Wet'n'Wild. The road leading into Wet'n'Wild from the western end has roadworks happening from what I can see from the M4 motorway.
