  1. why doesn't anyone realise that Luna can't afford all this huge stuff. it will be a normal ride, we just don't know what.
  2. who owns the picnic area around the back, because if Luna was to buy it instead of a coaster the park would have a lot more room for expansion.
  3. Has anyone heard about wonderland being rebuilt in the next 3 years. It may seem off topic but if luna park doesn't up it's game within the next 4-6 years it could go broke with all the competition. it's not likely but it's still kind of worrying.
  4. I know they can be rough, but when they are done well they are really good like the one at Grona Land.
  5. I know it's unlikely but what if they added a Zac Spin. They aren't too loud and world fit nicely in the spot aswell as attract the target audience for the new ride.
  6. I know it's inpossible I'm just saying it would be cool swinging over the harbour
  7. Instead of Tango Luna park should remove the Tumble Bug instead, Recently Huss stopped making Troikas which will make it very hard to fix and buy spares. Also removing it would free up space for a station and centre section for a roller coaster (Big Dipper Mk.3) however I still wouldn't be surprised if Tango went first, I'm just saying it would be a better decision to remove Tumble Bug instead.
  8. The staff aren't allowed to give away too much, but from what I was heard is that it's nothing too huge and will be in the UFO spot. no more information is known, but i will keep snooping around and giving you info.
  9. If you want evidence you can ask all the staff at the park, trust me I'm not lying
  10. Just so you know a new ride has been ordered and will be ready by early 2015 celebrating 80yrs of LPS It's nothing too spectacular like a new big dipper, but I can guarantee you it you will be AWESOME.
  11. sure thing i might not be able to get it right away but i will try my best. As well as this i have a friend who works there so i can ask him if he knows anything.
  12. No need i had a look it was totally clear except for some dirt piles and old pipes. However around the Spider there was some work being done with a medium digger and the picnic area was blocked off. I don't think any of this is a good lead but it is something.
  13. There has been a lot of speculations on Luna Park Sydney's future and rumours going around about new rides I'm going around to luna park in a couple days and i was wondering if anyone wanted me to check anything out for them.
  14. It may of not met our expectations, but hey it's better then batman ever was.
  15. Probably someone just trying to scare you
  16. I thought Metropolis went traveling around Aus as a fair ride
  17. So far it seems like no one can get a good lead on the subject, however i might be able to help. I was at LPS a little while ago and i realised that at the site of the old UFO that there were fences surrounding it saying that something new is coming to Luna Park. I figured it was just them reusing those fences for the removal of UFO, but i decided to go up on the hair raiser to get a better look. I was about half way up when i realised there were some long pieces of steel lying around, i figured it was just part of the UFO, but the thing was is that they were wrapped in plastic. Why would they wrap something in plastic when it was going to be scrapped. Well my theory is that we could see tumblebug being moved to this open space, or their new temporary ride power surge could be set up permanently here. If the PowerSurge was to be setup here it would become a huge addition to the park and would bring in a hole lot more costumers. And if Tumble bug was moved here it would free up a lot of space for who knows what. Either way the future of Luna Park is looking strong. All of this is just theories and i can't predict the future, so please don't blame me if i'm wrong.
