Well you can actually tell. But what I was referencing was a combination of the comments of Grona Lund's coaster compared to every other Zacspin and its review... It is very popular.

Luna Park Sydney - the future with Wet'n'Wild

That's why the ride cycles would be more tame. It offers more thrills and less vomit. Pandamonium is just a vomit machine IMO, not thrilling at all... I now understand what you are saying and yes that is right, mini-Claw I would actually like an 8.4 air race so that it could be an octopus. Light Blue could be tamer cycle and dark blue could be intense cycle. A combination of the different intensity and different colours could make it look like a real octopus! I think it would be super popular and would have massive capacity anyway. -
Maybe you're right... My memory must be confused. I went a lot around the time of the change so it must have been Lethal Weapon. Well if this is the case it is ridiculous there are not 2 trains. Personally I don't like the new cars. It just moves the pain from your head to your groin...

I've only been on it once and it was in holidays (I live in Sydney and go to school) and it was like 40 mins... Why did they get complaints and why aren't they allowed to run longer? I have never seen them run better than 3 min cycles every (which is capacity 240 per hour, ridiculously low) -
Disneyland Paris is great in Winter. Almost empty and most of the rides run. Space Mountain Mission II really is amazing. Indiana Jones is also nice. The rides are ridiculously well themed even though some aren't that thrilling. It's also worth going to the other park. Yes. Haven't been but looks great and a convenient location. Both Europa Park and Phantasialand are AMAZING!! German efficiency really does exist... Black Mamba had so many people (6 on the rollercoaster, 4 to 5 just on securing harnesses) working on it and they also have really smart ways to make people organise themselves. Like turnstiles to calculate how many people and the queue time, getting people to have all there things ready to put in lockers before they get to the ride. They were working so quickly at one stage that they got 2 32 seat trains on the circuit at the same time (and the circuits only like 1.5 mins) even though they had done 3 harness safety checks. The queue is never longer than 30 Mins And the rides are epic.

Those rides aren't scary just vomit machines. I really dislike them.

They did when I was there. It is embarassing what has become of Arkham Asylum. When I first rode it (when it was Lethal Weapon in 2011/12) the queue went well into the theatre and the queue was only 30 mins. Now there is literally a 5 by 5 room and then the ride and that is still like 1 and a half hours... They really need to have the second train operating all the time. There should always be a train on the tracks. If they did that the ride cycle would be 2-4 mins. Then capacity would be almost tripled...

OK. It's just I have seen multiple POVs of Insane at Gronalund, and I know that that is the best Zacspin in terms of comfort and reception so they may have done altercations, but the ride is the same all the time...

Yeah that's my problem. I also don't think it is scary enough given the hype it got and the capacity and ride time are way too low for my liking. The queue is always too long. I would definitely prefer 4 cars and two circuits. Or even better 4 across floorless seating. IMO the Superman launched equivalent with an extra circuit is so much better. Also the launches -
No, if you are a single rider, it usually only takes 20 minutes to get on. The cycles are ridiculously slow. They really should be about 3-5 if you think about it. The 2nd car should be ready to depart pretty much as soon as the 1st car returns to the station...

Dreamworld must be almost empty in non-Holidays. It is always packed when I'm there Was BuzzSaw really that expensive... And it is such a bad ride... -
Aren't Zacspins moderated with magnets?
-
What's the name of that super dodgy fair rollercoaster that gives people whiplash which really has the record for the steepest drop because it does like a 180 Degree turn into a loop

Your calculations are unfair. 1st, Dreamworld is much more expensive than Six Flags to visit. Secondly, it is 106 to 85, not 110, but that's just finicky. Thirdly, you can not base costs on land. You have to base it on personnel etc. Six flags has many more operating costs as they have so many more coasters. Therefore, it is unfair to say that Dreamworld is so close in the costs department. You even said yourself that it should be 2 to 1 if it is twice as expensive (which it would be close to) so therefore if they have 18 we should have 9. And of the same cost for that matter. If you are going to say money spent on coasters then realistically it is 5 lots of $2 Million for Dreamworld compared to 18 lots of about 10 Million for SFMM which is 10 Million AUD compared to 180 Million USD... Even if I am being ridiculous there and it is actually lets say $4 Million compared to $8 Million then the reality is that it is still $20 Million AUD to $144 USD... Fourthly, you are saying that 3 times as people go to SFMM, which isn't true, it is less than 2.5. As I have said already, Dreamworld can either justify having less Coasters than SFMM or worse quality, but not both. If we go by a moderated prediction that SFMM should have lets say 2.5 times as many coasters of the same quality based on cost, Dreamworld is still behind. Their spending on coasters is too low. -
B&M with amazing theming B&M with amazing theming B&Mwith amazing theming Record breaking coaster of some kind with amazing theming Drop tower which actually has the floor of the loading station removed allowing the car to shoot through the station at full speed before breaking, meaning that it will settle 15/20 metres below ground That would be epic. And would also be cool for those about to go on to see how fast it actually is.

No, quite different. Exactly the same as Pandamonium, but replace it with clones of the Surfrider seats. Name it Stingray or something. Adds to capacity (36 per ride) plus makes it more thrilling with rotating seats, and the ability to feel like you'll fall out. I also hope they get rid of the two cycles and instead replace it with two slightly more moderated on the same ride. I was thinking that two of the arms could be more extreme than the other two. Minimum flips could be 3-7 and maximum 9-17. And anyway, with 3-7 flips I still think it is way more thrilling and exciting than Pandamonium because even if it doesn't make you as naueseous, it is particularly thrilling to feel like you'll fall out and in addition not know where you're going! I think the "tame cycle" at Dreamworld would be thrilling with rotating flawless seats. And they could put near misses and make it even better. The best thing about Surfrider is the seats, so I hope they replicate that. That would go where UFO is now. I think that that attraction could be introduced at the same time as hopefully a new coaster at the end of 2015/early 2016. I hope that the coaster (which would trigger the removal of Tumble Bug) will be the world's steepest rollercoaster (S&S El Loco). If not the S&S equivalent of a Zacspin which will be opening next year looks epic. -

If you don't want criticism then don't post in a thread called "Future Additions for Gold Coast Theme Parks" Your post is illogical... I have been to Phantasialand and they do all their attractions so well!! I always mention Winjas, but Black Mamba is fantastic and this is by far the best Top Spin in the world. The theming for the queueline is also immense -

I would love for them to implant a clone of Pandamonium where Flying Saucer is but instead have Surfrider style seats so you rotate in a circle as well I am not sure what rides they will replace all the HUSSs with... -

I could definitely see it moved... It is in a kinda awkward unthemed area. I would not mind if it was actually rethemed into the Western Area it is kinda in. Could make it fun and attract more attention to it IMO it is definitely losing popularity. -
IMO the Arkham Queue actually moves super slowly, so missing the last bit of the Queue (which I almost always do) means that queueing is normally less than 20 Mins

As great as the ocean parade area is, I think they should have waited a year or two for Tailspin and instead put an attraction in Eureka area. I also hope that one day they will remove MDMC which IMO is such a one ride wonder and put it in the Western Area of the park and do a really nice compact coaster. Not like Buzzsaw compact, like a Gerstlauer Infinity. Very high capacity (the ability to have up to 8 trains of 16 riders) which is good for queues. I am not advocating having that many Roller Coasters, but if you are only going to have 5 in a park that is quite considerably sized which gets good numbers, at least make them good coasters. Movie World's Coasters are still a level below the American ones and I think they're fantastic. -
I don't mean like that. I mean that they take 5 at a time from further up in the queue and then put them through one at a time. That way they don't have to yell down the queue every time the cars pull in. And yes, Batwing is particularly good for Single Rider, as is Arkham Asylum.
