I think you are on the money. The larger compressive force through the pole at about 90 to the track, the smaller pole to stop it moving in the direction of travel as the train proceeds through. -

Surely the placing of the first piece of track would be the time for a media release /presentation with some further details. -

I would have thought it would not be permitted to cross unless the floor was raised. -

Would only be the one person once the floor drops? -
Probably the only Body Corporate committee meeting worth attending. Most are full of wanna be politicians pushing their own agenda. Suffered through enough of them in my years as a building manager.

Genting Highlands near KL would have the height record then I believe!

Highest point of the running surface to the lowest point of the running surface. Easiest way to be consistent, and account for tunnels.

The only time I can think of is when it's returning to the track. -

I didn't quite follow until I saw the TPR page. It looks like there are little wheels in the side of the body, above the axles, that support the train during maintenance. Allows for a unimpeded view of the axle assembly. Very clever design. -

I've looked after buildings with reed switches on each door that turned them on for a set amount of time, and if the fire panel was activated they also came on. -

I'm with this one in general, except there are footers to the right of the two loops (vertical and horizontal), including one that is outside the fence, that are unused. -

And they complained about the innuendo, at least that was entertaining to the masses. -
I might be wrong on the centre rail then, I'm sure I read that here somewhere though.
-
No idea to be honest. I think it was explained here once years ago. I know the "rail" in the centre is part of the position tracking system. I'd imagine it would be the computer expecting the car to accelerate/decelerate to certain points at certain times, and it not meeting those goals. Not loosing it as such, just giving up if it runs slower or faster than expected.
-
Computer lost track of the car is my understanding of the cause behind what happened. Not been involved in one myself.

I feel like hiring a crane and parking it there, just for something new to talk about. -
Tower of Terror 2 oil spray on face [SOLVED]

Is the a fog machine on the tunnel mouth? Oil from that if there is. Otherwise fluid from one of the restraint pistons (they aren't ratchet anymore from memory).
