Correct, The memo got removed. I believe the reason given at the time was along the lines of "at the request of DW"

There is already some works taking place around the TRR area and DW have confirmed previously that the ride will be removed. I think I also remember seeing something stating that removal would ideally begin near the end of 2017. It all lines up for potential TRR removal taking place.

I thought the exact same thing when the train arrived and was promptly hauled off the compound. It's gotta be the second train that will get assembled in the maintenance bay. Greg did also mention that the train will be sitting in the compound to film the TVC too.

Just stopped by MW to grab some pics. Looks like the airtime hills out of the first drop is starting to get track bolted in. A few more shipping containers of track pieces arrived but I was pressed for time.

Originally on the MW website, it had the height at around 72 metres and everyone concluded, that was the height including the joker head. It's since been removed from their website and all marketing now bill the height as 61.6 metres. If you're wondering just how much height the Joker head will add.

Forgot to get photos when I was down there today but the shipping containers were filled with a heap (possibly the last?) of lift hill supports.

Queensland's two weeks of winter are over, it's back to moderately warm days and cool nights. I can see why WnW would be busy.

So this explains why in our time of need, the hero we needed was busy being a hero for VRTP.

When I went on Wednesday there were maintenance guys tightening bolts on the support and replacing the wheels on the lift hill. So I'm assuming the go with it, is that it's undergoing maintenance.
