Motocoaster is down today meaning that only 4/9 big thrill rides are operating and the only coaster open at the park is Escape to Madagascar. Lol.

Spoke too soon. It appears wipeout is now back open for business!

Yet again, Tower of Terror's reopening date has been pushed back another 2 weeks. Buzzsaw and HWSW's dates remain the same and Wipeout still has no reopening date as of now. I also noticed that Tailspin has had its maintenance period shorted slightly, and will only be down from the 22nd of this month until the 31st.

Jesus. Just when you think it can't get any worse, it does. I feel bad for Dreamworld, rides closing left right and centre and the whole coronal inquest. God I hope they can pull it together in time for the opening of the i-Ride (Although I doubt they will, SIGH).

It's clear that Buzzsaw's reopening date is fast approaching and I hope that it marks the end of this weird period where Dreamworld have let themselves be extra terrible for a few months in order to work out all this maintenance/demolition/construction and housekeeping in time for the opening of the iRide and the Summer Holidays.

What do Dreamworld's 3 biggest roller coasters all have in common? None of them have reopening dates anymore!!!! Happy school holidays kids!

Aaaaaaand we're back to square one

Isn't the Giant Drop considered to be in the rocky hollow area of the park anyway? So I doubt they'd re-theme and incorporate it into whatever is replacing gold rush in the future? I personally liked the balance that gold rush gave the park in juxtaposition to ocean parade, so i hope they don't stray too far from the theme. I think an aviation/airport theme would be so out of place, even with the i-Ride.

The website now says 30th of September.

Well today was meant to be the Tower of Terror's grand reopening after months of maintainence but in traditional dreamworld style they've extended the period again until September 13th

Did anyone else notice that HWSW's maintenance was brought forward from late october to right now? Website first changed it yesterday to 20/8 - 23/8 but now says 20/8 - 31/8
