Greg Yong did say on the Dane's Theme Park Life podcast a few weeks back that some rides would be removed from WWW soon, so the wedgie won't be standing much longer at this rate.

The most noticeable update in a while, the main ride sign has been removed. (Theme Park Ogre)

That new Claw monster looks quite similar to Cthulhu. I wonder if this ride is going to have a lovecraftian styled theme?

Shark bay is a good space for different fishes but a location more focused on smaller sea animals outside of sea jellies I think is a good fit for sea world.

A proper aquarium at SeaWorld would be really nice to have to help increase the lineup of animals at the park. I would personally place it where Sea Jellies Illuminated is now while also having it take over the land left over by the defunct monorail station to the left of it (if foundational or clearance issues don't make it impossible) to create a more fleshed out aquarium to showcase more fish species and other smaller sea animals not currently at the park.

Logo has been like that for about month or so on the website. Wouldn't be surprised to see a more drastic rebrand (i.e. Ads, Logo at the ticket booths ect.) with the retro styled logo for when the Jungle Rush marketing ramps up later in the year.

Filming for a Wizard Of Oz ad is taking place at movie world tomorrow.

https://www.wsj.com/business/deals/six-flags-cedar-fair-strike-big-theme-park-merger-abbab03f Article is paywalled but the TLDR from Maddox121 on r/rollercoasters is • Richard Zimmerman is now CEO of both six flags and cedar fair with Selim Bassoul now in the role of Executive Chairman • No details about the future of the DC ip at Six Flags or Snoopy at Cedar Fair •Both companies will trade under $FUN but the corporate six flags name will remain

Don’t know where else to post it but, on Monday I saw groundworks happening around the splashdown for VR with some pegs and workers in the area. I forgot to get photos of the area but there should be more progress on whatever they are doing there during the next few weeks.

I’m already going to buy a crossbody bag before I go, so I should be alright.

Are you able to put bags on the ride platform of Wild West Falls as I don’t feel comfortable taking my bag on the ride if it gets wet with my phone in it

I’m heading to Movie World in a few days for the first time in a few years and I want to know what rides you can place your belongings in the ride vehicle or on the ride platform and if any rides require lockers other than Superman Escape.

Fair enough but even than I’d want something small to compliment the shaded seating whether it’s small play features or one of those food trucks they had a few months ago

I’d like to see a food stand of some kind in the sizable chunk of land they have to work with lots of shade for outdoor seating, they could also serve exclusive looney tunes themed snacks.

I think it will go diagonally towards the old KFP training area.

I can also see ABC kids world close when play school wheel goes into maintenance if not a few weeks later

Do we know anything about what’s going on with the big red boat coaster?

R and M have been installed on the tower leaving only W to be put up

They could do a Blue Beetle theme as he does have a new movie coming out in august.

yes I don’t have to, I just think that’s it’s ridiculous people pay thousands for images you can just screenshot and get the same thing they paid thousands. The only difference is a unique link that can just be taken offline at any time. my first post does come off a bit self righteous but it just seems stupid for village to waste their time on something that most people won’t bother with in an already dead market

There was a job listing for NFT stuff a few months back so this was known for a while, but still, I just hope this experiment fails miserably for them

Ya The new Timezone is pretty crap, I loved the dingy 90s aesthetic of the place and the 12-person Daytona at the back was awesome, but the refurb just turned it into another generic modern minimalist aesthetic which is done to death at this point and quite boring.
