I'm probably on my own here but I wish they just left it SBNO and maybe just wait til they had enough money/tech to fix the launch - instead of spending millions ripping it all out and putting light up letters that hardly anyone is gonna see. If it was cheaper than putting the letters up - I would have opted for this. Again different mentality if they park regularly opened during dark hours.

Sunrise is doing a story about this this morning

Anyway

A ride that was too scary for an insignificant amount of people would be perfect. Small lines = happy thoosies. They could have just changed one side tho - still supplying the current quarter century old experience, along with a brand new one. Don’t forget they pulled a perfectly good ride off the side of the tower

Not tall enough.

It just sucks they couldn’t change the ride experience at all - 12 months later

Very fast.

Here’s a preshow that acts as a block zone - thus speeding up operations and is actually pretty decent.

We love a preshow. We just don’t love a preshow when it’s while the train is sitting stationary in the only station that exists on the track. While the other train is sitting outside in the sun, looking at a shed.

Real Big Bear Mountain POV Everything about this is awesome. Smart block zoning/pacing along with great on ride audio - notice how bold the instructional announcement is when it sounds so much different to the “themed audio”

These were the cranes that they used to install it in the first place

I mean this is a tiny thing but proves two things - station bins are a great idea - also theming doesn’t need to cost heaps of money.

Yes.

Apparently not tall enough to reach the top of the top hat

For something that isn’t speculation

A POV of the aforementioned ride

I feel like if they knew it needed this much maintenance they should have just got a RMC instead

Boardwalk bullet is a good one to look at Kemah weather Gold Coast Weather Kemah actually has both a higher temperature and humidity differential and more humidity overall
