  1. I think Disney have a nack of producing thrilling rides while making them accessable for kids too - it goes both ways. Tower of Tower delivers a huge bunch of quiet substansial forces but also can take on 4 year olds.
  2. If you enjoy your time at out parks, you'll definately enjoy your time more at Disney parks - regardless of your age.
  3. I hope they put one of those mist screens into 3rd generation scooby like pirates has. Perfect fit.
  4. Add a kicker magnet on the launch track right before the climb
  5. 100% this. It's like 10 seconds riding forwards or backwards on a straight bit of track at a moderate speed.
  6. Honestly though - for something that doesn't cost that much more, and was installed into Copperhead Strike which was built in 2019.. its a huge L
  7. No one cares about scooby - especially on a global scale. Top thrill dragster is a beast - a record smasher and a huge hit with GP and enthusiasts alike. Scrapping Wicked Twister makes sense if this is true (which I think it is) - there's no point having a mini version of the same ride (except inverted I guess). I also wouldn't be surprised if they added a non inverting loop to the top hat. Falling from over 400ft, facing forwards into a airtime hill (which ST should have had) then the top hat would be a completely new experience. The hydraulic system took up to a minute to reset in the hotter days, LSMs don't need this as long as they cool well enough.
  8. I kinda don't think you can put Scooby and Wild Mouse in the same category. Scooby is an indoor, themed ride - and Wild Mouse is an outdoor, former travelling carnival coaster with the best views of any roller coaster on the planet, and one of the only few remaining with a manual brake. Dingo Racer is an off the shelf meh.
  9. If they get a fast scoot out of the station and use a fast switch track (like Hagrids) behind the first launch… and then start the next cycle after the previous train clears the top hat, it might just work and be the same or quicker.
  10. At least they got to walk the track https://www.instagram.com/p/CotwvKNuUIB/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y=
  11. https://www.instagram.com/p/CotDepJBbms/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y= He likes it.
  12. Looking pretty baron now - the “Christmas tree” has been removed
  13. Lap bars for SE would be ideal - will make the ride more thrilling for sure. Hydraulic launches are definitely the best kind in my personal opinion - closely followed by pneumatic air launches then LSMs .. but the LSM's can be hit and miss.
  14. The problem with our lockers is they're at the start of the queue - SV's are towards the end, and you can take your phone on the train with you.
  15. I never did such thing. I said it's interesting that some parks allow you to ride holding a untethered mobile phone with a backpack at your feet - and some parks (here) will force you to remove a tissue from your pocket before dispatching. I'm not saying out parks should follow the Disney method.. maybe just a happy medium?
  16. Even saying it was only brought in a few months ago in anticipation of the first coaster opening soon that travels over guests (Tron)
  17. 100% I'm surprised that they aren't charging $30 for parking yet
