    I've worked on events that have had wraps designed/printed and delivered in under 24hrs - having said that, I don't think they need a full wrap.. just something more than what they have now - for reference this is at Disneyland right now

    I dunno what complex you have but hang time has fixtures that are located in the track. Levi has fixtures that are located around the track - they could chase but it wouldn't really provide the same effect - everything else that I said is still valid.

    I don't think it has those lights for regulatory requirement's.. just for the look. They could probably emulate chasing with floods, but it wouldn't really have the same effect. They could add fixtures though for special events I guess. I'm assuming the ride system can provide a trigger the moment the train crests the lift hill, and provide a estimated cycle time - that's all the data you'd need.

Just sayin.

    It’s more about the psychology of it I guess - but the straps do feel more secure. You feel way more “open” with lapbars, even more with staggered seating like on Shambhala Plus if they are changing the launch, new lighter trains would be beneficial

    I could be wrong but it doesn’t look like that would be any clearance issues - maybe the portals but that’s a easy fix. Regardless lapbars would be a much better ride experience.

    By that I mean I prefer lapbar restraints. Sorry if that wasn’t clear - but I can’t edit it now

    They definitely did the maintenance there about 10 years ago. Not sure if that’s changed since.

    Maybe they could be better off contracting out maintenance - means they can scale up and down workers required and put in place KPI’s that keep the rides open. pipe dream but just an idea.

    I'm probably on my own here but I wish they just left it SBNO and maybe just wait til they had enough money/tech to fix the launch - instead of spending millions ripping it all out and putting light up letters that hardly anyone is gonna see. If it was cheaper than putting the letters up - I would have opted for this. Again different mentality if they park regularly opened during dark hours.

    A ride that was too scary for an insignificant amount of people would be perfect. Small lines = happy thoosies. They could have just changed one side tho - still supplying the current quarter century old experience, along with a brand new one. Don’t forget they pulled a perfectly good ride off the side of the tower
