  1. Yeah I love rainbows end I just thought it seemed odd from a traveler prospective but the arrow there is super fun and smooth on my last ride. Makes me miss seaworld corkscrew What do you mean? 100 people coming with coaster studios to Australia? Or…
  2. It’s very funny honestly. I got a real kick out of it
  3. Who built SWs fleet? This company? If the monorail reopens it will be the oldest operating ride on the Gold Coast? Since Vintage cars are basically being replaced with non vintage, vintage cars
  4. That’s exciting! I hope they get pleasantly surprised by Steal Taipan. It’s really actually good even if it’s somewhat a clone. I feel like it doesn’t get much from coaster enthusiasts. Also interesting they left out Perth? But are going to rainbows end?
  5. Let’s just hope they get it back open quickly. I don’t think locomotives Diesel or other wise like not running for a long period of time much.. you saw what happened to SW monorail and the original DW cannonball express.
  6. Yay another “restaurant” at movie world where you can buy the same burger and hotdog as all the other places.. just make the mex themed one actually serve Mexican
  7. That is a confusing thing and a bit embarrassing for a big company to have to do that but I am happy they are supposedly looking into it. Or could just be to make it look like they tried ..
  8. such a shame. Really adds a pleasant atmosphere seeing the monorail going around and waiting for it to go above you. Plus it’s the last monorail in Australia. And it is very nostalgic. DW is the last GC park with a transport ride open and even it’s one has been shrunk. Is the seaworld sky car still there? I hope they put up the seaworld monorail for sale just in case or a monorail from MW to WNW would be cool but it would erase one of DW’s biggest draw are of being next to WWW
  9. Yeah I hear plenty of people around the parks saying “oh it doesn’t go up sidedown does it!” To rivals and super man. In fact some people find DCR less ‘scary’ then GL because it doesn’t invert. Kinda funny since you never can really tell your upside down when you go through most loops
  10. Yeah GL is more tame but the look of it scares a lot of people. Same reason GP say maverick is tame it’s the look of a ride more then the forces that give it the rank
  11. Yes but if they did lose GL they are down the only inverting coaster in the park and have a big gap in their tiny line up. Where else can a coaster fit in the park?
  12. It would look sick from the parking lot. Maybe it’s just the 6 flags one’s that don’t get the best rep
  13. Yeah there has been some problems In the past but most of their new models are pretty good. One of their signature slides would be sick like the sting ray or giant sphere
  14. Nah never really been overseas. That’s just what all the coaster enthusiasts say so I just said it too
  15. Interesting I would love to see a polin water slide in Australia They do more themed slides. Also cool that SW swinging ship is still operating. Lots of good memories on that
  16. Oh I didn’t know that . I just thought Aussie parks are slow at working with new manufacturers so I was not sure if that would happen. That’s probably most realistic then them working with S&S again actually
  17. That layout looks great very promising and a great location
  18. RMC raptor would be the best and probably most unrealistic. they would probably go with a crap S&S free spin or something. Which honestly I wouldn’t mind. Better then just trees or something. Gives the outside more energy
  19. What do people think they will gain? Really just hurts when I hear story’s like that. I get it can be frustrating but getting it out on an innocent employee is not cool
  20. Ha that would be such a perfect ride for that park. A modern launch coaster that inverts would definitely be a worthwhile addition imo #LPMSRll
  21. Ok thought so but I thought too maybe I missed something
  22. They could probably find a way to fit in a sky rocket ll if they do a bit of shuffling honestly though LPM is being run more as a nostalgic vintage tourist attraction then a amusement park. It’s not really trying to hard to get people to come it’s just got a good location to just chug along
  23. Very odd thing to happen with all the modern tech these days. I feel for all the people impacted and hope no too many fake rumours or should’ve/ shouldn’t of things come up Do you think this will be the last time in a few years seaworld will run helicopters ? Heaps of new rules and protocols will most likely come up
  24. I feel like there line up was probably the best when they had scenic railway, Big Dipper, ghost train, ect . I am actually it sure what other attractions they had at the time but the Big Dipper had to be the best coaster they have had ever right? When did LPM’s one close anyway?
