  1. I saw it a couple of weeks ago there. It wasn't in operation for the 5 days I was up there, but looked as if construction had finished. Also, I thought Funtime owned those rides (Sling Shot, Sky Coaster, Vomatron etc.) and the surrounding attractions around the site (King Tutt's Mini Put Put), not Flycoaster?
  2. OLOLOL!! I li3k sp3lt wr0ng!111!!!SHIFT11!! Thanks Dan
  3. I remember Tilt, but wasn't that at druitt? It was a timezone sort of place. I think I recall the fun pier that Mel is talking about (by the way, welcome!). I was very young at the time of it's existance, however I do remember a Ring of Fire ride. The only ride that I would go on (I think I was 4 at the time) was a little kiddie motorbike ride. Do these rides seem familiar, mel?
  4. Ugh, no. ToT, nor S:TE at SFMM will be getting OTSR's. The only changes to S:TE that I expect will be somewhat similar to Xcelerators modifications. Having OSTR's on ToT & S:TE is absurd, where in the world did you find that rumour?
  5. I've always thought that ToT uses LSM, not LIM. I guess I was wrong.
  6. He thinks you're talking like Ryan from Big Brother... I think
  7. www.nolimitscoaster.de Then go to progress, there are a few screenshots of v1.5.
  8. Guys, the butterfly coaster was an April Fools' joke. But yes, No Limits v1.5 will have working shuttle coasters. It's going to be great!
  9. Personally scott, I couldn't give two craps if Wonderland opened back up or not. Granted, I visited a lot more than most but I really wasn't that emotionally attached to the place. Some good times were had at the park, but the main reason I visited Wonderland was for media purposes only (photography, video), and hardly ever the rides alone. In my eyes it would be a bad move to open Wonderland back up as it is now. I really would much prefer to have ING take their money elsewhere.
  10. Uhh... Slick, Simon is Richard's brother.
  11. Scott, ironically enough I'm heading to Queensland on Wednesday for a 5 night stay at Sea World Nara. On the last full day of our trip (Sunday), I'll be heading to Dreamworld and going to the Big Brother eviction. The confirmation letter for the eviction tickets arrived in the mail today, and it turns out that we'll be sitting in row five, so look out for me! Anyway, I will be taking the camera to film, but I'm not sure if I'll make a video out of the footage. That's Richard's job, he knows the parks a lot better than I do!
  12. I've made a Easter Show + Wonderland video, which is one of my better pieces of work. It features no more than what the current Wonderland video offers (with the exception of a few shots). I'll be heading to Luna Park in a few weeks with the tripod & camera, but I won't be making a music video out of it... only seperate ride videos.
  13. Yeah - that's mine. It was done late last year, so excuse the poor editing work . There's also the newer version, shown here (scroll down 3/4ths of the page) that was awarded an honorable metion on Robb & Elissa Alvey's website.
  14. Just going a bit off topic now - Schwarz, if you're going to have merchandise that you are selling, make sure you atleast spell things correctly (scream )
  15. Welcome BigMal. I don't believe the ride op has to actually "ride" vortex for 9 hours straight. I always thought that the platform where the operator sits is stationary when the ride is operating - you're just watching people spin. A 9 hour shift on one ride seems pretty unrealistic to me, they've got to switch positions or rides at some stage during the day.
  16. That might make it a bit more clear for you Schwarz
  17. ^ Without those restraints we wouldn't have met the infamous "Bounty's Girl"
  18. Ahh, I'll never get over the whole Druitt thing.
  19. I thought it was "Jack It Up"? You can hear one of the songs in the background from Wonderland in my Bounty's Revenge video.
  20. While we're on the gold seats, did they come with your kit, or did you paint them? I think they look pretty nifty.
  21. ^^ Sounds as reliable as the Wonderland's new slide rumour
  22. Thanks to HussRainbow, new parts are on their way free of charge. Nearly all of the parts for the car were not cut properly, mostly the holes where the wheels pop into place. BTW, how did you go with setting up the base motor? That was a real pain!
  23. I have to order some new parts from Faller as I found more problems with my pieces. I am regretting this purchase more and more, I'm VERY dissappointed with the "professional" cutting etc.
