    VIP privileges are nothing new or to be outraged by. Well unless you’re jealous to not be considered one. It’s fairly common for celebrities, industry people and good for publicity guests to be given this sort of perk. It has no measurable impact on the other park guests and is good for business.

    Surely a big factor that needs to be acknowledged here is that insurance assessors are not theme park junkies that analyze rides in the way we might. They are looking every box to tick that could possibly be brought up in a courtroom, sensible or not. If an insurance company wants a ‘silly’ thing done in order to reduce premiums, parks will do it.

    Yeah houses are getting bigger. Everyone needs a media room and butlers pantry and a guest room and a kids retreat apparently. When we hard a yard to play in we didnt seem to need all that stuff. Still 2 damn ugly houses though. Id sooner build a smaller house and be able to afford something better than hungry jacks for lunch.

    When I was at Knotts one time on a coaster they let me reride but we all still had to get off, stand on the exit platform and then get back on so they did their normal restraint routine. That seems to make sense and be a good middle ground between allowing rerides and breaking the routine.

    WAS Kind of makes sense in with a bunch of ocean stuff to me. Doesnt really seem to stand as the anchor attraction for a theme though 🤷‍♂️ Some more water based rides there would be good. I remember it originally felt much more cohesive there. Interesting to choice to keep that theme for the area with most of it gone.

    Didnt someone say that permit or whateva it is was only for the removal? Maybe it will be at Seaworld with the same colors as now?

    It would be cool if Ocean parade had rides and stuffed about the ocean. I don’t understand why its called that when nothing seems like the ocean at all, its all gone. Is claw ocean?

    Surely there is a middle ground between being a slack ass and rushing faster than is safe?
