  1. Just think we have another nite to go thru as well.
  2. I've been to both restaurants and they are awesome. It's well worth the entry fee but like matt said drinks are a rip off but what can you do. I love the lady who's on drugs. She's so funny. (sorry can't remember her stage name)
  3. It's coz they have been on the ones overseas? Don't you mean "Steel is more better and efficient"
  4. Woodies are Ancient. They have passed their use by date. Steel rocks.
  5. That drop is awesome. I think WWW will bring in heaps of tourists. I visit the Gold Coast for 1 thing and that's the Theme Parks.
  6. I was referring to tonight and tomorrow night. If the que's are long they might reduce the amount of tix next year. Just like DW did when they had their 2nd Screamworld. Their 1st one was packed so for the 2nd one and onwards they halved the amount of avail tix. I went to the 1st one and it was mad. The 3rd one was awesome. Got on every ride except WO as i'm not a huge fan of that ride. Although i did go on the GD (even though i don't really like it) only coz it was nite time.
  7. Yeah but the big Q is. "How long will the que's be?"
  8. Repeat this after me. I want a Tilt Coaster. I want a Tilt Coaster. I want a Tilt Coaster. I want a Tilt Coaster. I want a Tilt Coaster.
  9. I don't care what it's called as long as i can ride it.
  10. You'll have to get a Taxi to Helensvale Station. That's what i have to do when Wnw have dive in movies.
  11. I feel sick on rides that spin you around esp slow rides like the chairswing @ nick central.
  12. This quote is from Tony on zen coaster. If this quote has been violated feel free to delete it.
  13. # 10% discount* on any purchase at the Warner Bros. Department Store (excluding discounted items). # 10% discount* at Rick's Café Americain. Yeah but it costs you i think $15.00 to eat. DW has 15% off in every store and you even get the discount on mobile drink/hotdog/sno cone vendors as well. Even in the Big Brother shop.
  14. Sorry Richard but i have to disagree with you. DL is what "3 times" bigger than DW? So they have the potential to have more people thru the gates. Anyway were getting off topic here.
  15. Even 6,000 is massive. I'd give SD a miss as well.
  16. You won't have to renew your pass. All you do is purchase a new pass online continue using your current pass. Then when the current one expires you just take the receipt of the new pass to the ticket box.
  17. Yeah but they have a higher revenue. It's like Melbourne & Sydney's public transport. You can travel to the Blue Mountains which is 2 hrs away for $2.50 (child/pensioner) But in Melbourne if you want to travel to Geelong which is an hr away it's nearly $10 or Ballarat 90 mins away $15. Sydney is cheaper coz it has a higher revenue.
  18. Wonder if that'll apply to ppl who'll renew their passes as well.
  19. They'll need more than good luck. When my sisters & i went to the 1st screamworld they only sold 2,000 tickets but DW was packed as. The only ride we got on was the claw. They then sold 1,000 for the 3rd one which i went to and it was awesome. Got on all of the rides. But 7,000 tickets is way too excessive. They'll be heaps of people complaining about the queue lines.
  20. Ride and Attraction Maintenance The following rides and attractions will be closed for scheduled maintenance: Wipe Out, Ocean Parade Date closed: 16th October - 7th November 2006 Dora the Explorer Sea Planes, Nick Central Date closed: 08th - 11th November 2006 The Giant Drop, Rocky Hollow Date closed: 13th November - 05 December 2006 According to my calendar ACT hols start on 22nd Dec NSW 22nd Dec NT 16th Dec QLD 16th Dec SA 16th Dec TAS 21st Dec VIC 22nd Dec WA 8th Dec I'd rather the rides get their Maintenance just before the holidays instead of during them.
  21. It'll open when they are ready. As Richard said there's still a lot of work. You only have to look @ some of today's update.
  22. Bloody awesome. Can't wait till Feb 7th. I'm guessing it'll be open @ nite during summer and maybe during the Easter & Spring high seasons.
