Yeah i've got to agree... I mean, if you want your wow factors to really kick in and you like your G's to kick you with a red-hot boot, then DreamWorld is your definite bet, but to "really" escape to another "world" for a "day" ( ) than MovieWorld will do that with ease.

But back to the point, has anyone heard any info about the TOT of late PS:does anyone have any cool photos of the TOT? PPS: i am getting a max action pass soon so i can keep in touch with DreamWorld muahhhhh!!!!

( ( ( ( ( (Part 3) ) ) ) ) ) Sweet, as you can see in the photos below and from part 2, the views from the Helicopter were magnificent and while the camera was slightly slow, i still got some good photos. But after something that felt like just 2 minutes, i hopped back out of the Helicopter ready to go on the Tower Of Terror (the most coolest ride on the planet muuahhh!) It was a long wait whith TOT having some minor problems, but after supposedly being in queue line for 40 minutes ( which is apparently the max. queue time wait for TOT, even though no -one was there) we boarded the spiked, 6 tonne pod. While quietly sitting down in my favourite seat (front-row centre  ) i asked the attendent if she could "pump it up~to the MAX and also stated that she should do this coz its my B'day (hehe, its just so cool!) while she did as much as she could we probably only went up 3 quarters of the tower, but still i got a funny looking on-ride photo of me afterwards! But this was not all, after having done that, we met up with Janet (Rspca Head of department For QLD) and went behind 'Australia's wildlife experience' and went into their Wild life Centre, which was a unbeleivably long-narrow building (yes i mean this builiding (or 3 strips) was huge) We first met a man named Justin, who was about 40 and he took us into Quarantine where i met A Huge python (below) and another array of animals such as a couple of frilled neck lizards, 1 of the most endangered types of Geckos on the planet, a few more pythons and a couple of turtles (YAY!) Then we headed outside where we met up with this stupid bloody owl that kept turning his head when i tried to take a photo coz everyone was distracting it (below) and a huge Hawk (below) that was in a real crappy mood...... We finished with a croc and went outside to get a free photo of a koala (below) and then finally Janet went into the bird avory check up on her favourite Budgie!!!!! Coming soon! Part 4

Yes, yes, i'm off to MovieWorld hopefully this holiday break but unlike everyone else, this visit is with a slight difference.... here's the story..... My brother's girlfriend who i know really well works in the office for Australia's biggest crane and construction company and seeming i have one of the biggest databases (250 videos and pictures) of DreamWorld's construction, maps, logos, rollercoasters, rides, scenery, stations, skulls, towers, signs, trains, birds, koalas, buildings............... Anyway she's asking her boss if i can take the photos of the Matrix ride while its being built!!!!!!! Yes everyone, that's right, I am now your insider, and another cool thing is that: 1)i will be getting a copy of the photos 2)If i go there and its a success, they will hopefully let me keep going, to not only MovieWorld but to all the themeparks, including DreamWorld! Muaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!    :bert: ?

Well, The Runaway Reptar was welll running away from, coz the ride is nothing, just a train on a track going up and down a small hill. So after getting the craving for speed (no not a lot of speed, but a bit of speed) we went on the ThunderBolt (in the 4th post i'll give, in detail, a ride analysis). What cheap thrills that was.......... But keeping in mind i had a Birthday to attend and by now it was about 12:00pm we went to the Central Cafe to celebrate my B'day! It was so cool!!! As u can c we r in the private room which was so cool! But it was after a long time that i then went onto the DreamWorld Helicopter to take some good photos! Well i'm off, until number 3

G'day everyone! Hope your in a comfortable chair coz this is gonna blow u away (yes i realise that's the cyclone slogan, that's why i bought an on-ride of me riding it!) It all started of one early, crisp morning in the month of June '03 where one 13 year-old youngster hopped out of his bed, got dressed (pretty smart move to take there :? ) and ventured out onto his local train station, where his friends were waiting for the birthday boy. They were all cheering and performing their birthday singalongs when we boarded the train and headed for this Birthday boy's favourite (and yes i mean absolutelycrapodoselysuchabiggely favourite) place in the world, one simple theme park nestled just 40 minutes south of Brisbane (oo yes, that's a fact  ) After several train swaps over a period of 2 hours :!: , we finally jumped off at Coomera station, where we hopped into a cute little bus where we started our final part of our journey to the place that roars! While the lady driving our bus stated a whole heap off misleading facts ( no the Tower Of Terror isn't a pole stupid, and no it doesn't go 165km per hour and nor does it pull off 6 G's stupid!) i took out the video camera to obtain a few shots of my sweetheart, my ...... 125 metre tall sweetheart...... anyway...... We hopped out of the little car, and after doing a quick head count of all of my friends, we ventured through the entry gates with our pre-paid tickets shining as did my face..... (and i don't mean that in a weird psychological, minipulative way.) We rounded everyone up and ran, well, i ran to the nearest rollercoaster around, the Runaway Reptar......... And so the journey begins, in this 4 part story

Hi everybody, just thought that everyone's invited to my B'day party on the 21st, where i will be meeting up with the tigers inside the enclosure and conquering my most favourite ride in the world, "the" Tower Of Terror, which i have over 80 photos i think plus another 150 of DreamWorld!!!!!!!!! PS: I will be taking 2 cameras (one digital, one normal) plus a video camera so we can get every angle of "The" Tower Of Terror :!:

Well, if he really does pee himself, he'll be prepared!
-
How did you make that photo????
-
I remember one time i was at DreamWorld........ In the fast half of the day, they had just ONE GUY IN A LITTLE BULLDOSER THINGY!!!! But then, the cranes and people just came out of no-where!!!! Like Rugrats with a diaper rash they all just ran in
-
Man, even though Sea World's budget and location is........ average, i would still be hooked onto an Impulse Coaster, even though it would draw 200% more crowds aswell!!
-
my vote is that if it applies to DreamWorld, it has to apply to WBMV!!!! 8) But you never know what with all this rain, i'll check out DreamWorld again when i go there in a week
-
Last time I was there they had a singular cable holding it up. It also had people trying to spit chewing gum on it aswell, wonder why......... But when i go there on the 21st i'll see then

Ooh Ooh, just a quick peice of info for anyone wanting to know a weird fact about the TOT: The word TOT in german means death, or dead which is funny because TOT is displayed ontop of the TOT building  (i'll be getting a photo of that one soon )

Hi there again. Just before i begin, my subject is purely just to get people to view this post, and considering i have a whole gallery of the Tower Of Terror on my bedroom wall plus over 50 photos on my pc of the Tower Of Terror, i am in final, i TOT freak ..... Anyway, back to the point...... Has anyone heard any info of late about the Tower Of Terror? I should be getting some soon when i go there on the 21st but that's still a long way away. PS: Does anyone have some photos of the computers etc. used for the Tower Of Terror or the staircase that runs up the middle of the Tower itself? any would be greatly appreciated

Just going back to the Giant Drop........ If anyone has a 2000 i think Guiness World Records Book it has there that the Giant Drop is the tallest free fall ride in the world.... If you don't have it though or if it isn't in that one, it's either the 1999 edition or 2001 edition :?
-
But you see..... It was when the computers stalled causing it to rocket......
-
With regards to what i said with the speed of 180km/ph, yes they did hit the breaks at the top of the tower and hit the ones at the rear of the station, swish!
-
The Tower Of Terror (not actually recognised) had a set speed of 162km/ph through a police modulated speed gun for the records, but, when there has been stuff ups (yes, there has been) the speed of the Tower of Terror is nearly an unsound 180km/ph!!! I know this because i had a very close enthusiast been on when the computers stuffed up and told me...... HEH

Sorry My Bad!!! I ment that the ride apart from the lift hill (possibly) would be replaced with a M&M rollercoaster!!!!
-
Speaking of new rides, supposedly from an insider, i got news that there will be something big happening to the ThunderBolt in 2003 and 2005...... 1)Apart from the lift hill, the rest of the ride will be demolished and rebuilt from Meishi, B&M or Arrow. 2)The last minute of the ride (the boring bit) will be replaced possibly by Arrow 3)There will be new trains and a new coast of paint (Yippee *sarcasm in voice.......) 4)Or the train tyres will be replaced with new ones to decrease the sqeakiness PS: About Option 2, Meisho pacifically designed the last part of the ThunderBolt to interpretate a wooden rollercoaster (pictured here.)
