I have never been to luna park but how people are saying how crap it is I dont think I will ever visit it. The owners sound like cheapskates who don't contribute to the park.

Great post too bad you didnt get to go on Tornado. When I was lining up for terror canyon yesterday I could see Matilda in peices down the hill in the dirt carpark.

On the website they have updated of arial shot of the park.

I went on the tornado yesterday, the first time I went on it I was facing down the tube and it isnt as good but if you go backwards down it you get this weird feeling like gravity goes away for a second. It was awesome... When I was leaving staff were handing out wez'n'will stickers and everyone was sticking them all over the front enterance and palm trees.

I don't think it is. I think its from the waterslides company website. It does look simular to it but dreamworld wouldn't even bother to try.

The website is pathetic, come on wez'n'will? ha ha ha its so stupid. As otherpeople have said im not going to wet'n'wild to watch people skate and have concerts im there to go on the slides. This is really targeting schoolies too hard as GoGoBoy said with the add saying "going out with girls is fun". So are they saying come to wet'n'wild and you get to perv on hot chicks while you listen to bands and watch people skate. They may as well say "Come to wet'n'wild but there is no reason to go on any slides because we have a skate ramp and a stage! how awesome!

That logo is awesome, it reminds me of the flow rider logo, i really like it.

Australia has always been behind the world with new roller coasters. eg. America always gets great roller coasters because there are so many parks over there. Where over here we only have 3 decent theme parks which means there is less of a possibility that we will get good roller coasters and catch up with them.

Welcome Spanner. Im sure Dreamworld will add a hotel I just hope it isnt a Nickelodeon one. I know they are good but dreamworld already has a whole section of their park deticated to nick and the kids play area for the waterpark. I hope they do get rid of those cars they look so out of place the giant drop and tower of terror is terrifying I dont think little cars on tracks underneith them helps. If they wanted to build a roller coaster where the blue lagoon is wouldnt it cost heaps to get rid of the fake mountain, slides, change rooms, food shop, clothing shop, unwanted cement and pools then make the land safe enough to build tonnes of steel on? Thats my opinion...

I have been on the lethal weapon about 8 times in a row once and all the symtoms were dizzyness but nothing more. I really enjoy the lethal weapon and it never wreaks a day at movie world. Maybe you are exaggerating just like Gazza said.

Sounds like you had heaps of fun, Movie world is one of the best parks on the coast and they have really nice and funny operators which makes the day better.
