@dbo121 my thinking is because that original ‘launch’ stunt was done by the tv show ‘Rove’ and the current Dreamworld is trying to target families. (Sadly) im sure there are plenty of people who would complain online on how this is disrespectful, immature or whatever else people want to think.

Im not against them doing it if they wanted to, but I just can’t imagine they will.

Fair enough . Too be honest it’s the last thing I want to see and we don’t need anything getting caught up and causing seatbelt injuries 😕

To be fair it was an out-of-hours stunt, wasn't privy to young eyes and created enough positive PR its still being spoken about here 20 years later.

Whilst we don't really have those nighttime entertainment shows these days, and PR is created largely by influencers, not tv shows nowdays, i don't think the park would be vehemently against such a "stunt" for the correct audience. Greg's pretty savvy and knows how to leverage different areas of the market. It was only early last year under Greg's watch the entire park was rented out to a bunch of social media party boys for a birthday that saw scantily clad women parading around and pole dancing shows and the like
