    The castle is undergoing a repaint. You can really see the difference in the last photo. And the rides information and safety board is gone too.

Bring Back the Kool aid man. I know @Slick said we could not have nice things but common bring it back. Surely we can handle one nice thing?

I suspect some of the younger ones aren't aware of the term "drinking the kool aid", and that is why we can't have nice things?

Spoke to one of the staff there yesterday, who mentioned they haven't been told specifics, but that the ride is getting a complete reno (except the track), and will be "brought up to date".

Pretty sad looking ride at the moment internally, but still fun to ride.

Agreed with the bumps / drops at the end though.. it's rather uncomfortable.

Maintenance has changed for the ride:

Closed for scheduled maintenance on Monday 13th November and will re-open on Saturday 9th December 2017.

So it has been pushed back a week, and reopening date has been brought forward. Have been told that some theming has already appeared too
