A new delivery/site entry gate for the construction of New Atlantis has been added along Sea World Drive 

There are at least 6 shipping containers on site for Leviathan, plenty of machinery and the small building I’ve posted about before seems to be a more permanent site office/work space for the project 

Can quadcoptors be used on the eastern side of Sea World Drive? Probably not, being in a helicopter area...

They can, but if you see a chopper in the air you must ground your drone.

See I walk into Sea World and see an absolute mess of a construction site for an uninspired ride that 100% should never have been built in that location.

Maybe it has been delayed due to someone stealing some of the blocks for a bookcase
