Seems like all the attractions are closed during their usual months

As the Star Flyer isn’t listed for maintenance does that mean we will see if close before the end of the year? Maybe we will see it close once major Leviathan construction is underway?

Why do they always have the same rides under maintenance at the exact same time every year. I get they might want to have rides down roughly a year after the last maintenance, but surely there is no harm in pushing it back by a couple months so it’s not closed at the same. Swapping JR and SC would be a smart move

Hi all. Does anyone know how long the monorail is expected to be down for maintenance? The website doesn’t have an end date and we are staying at the resort in about two weeks time. Curious to know if it will be up and running.

At the minimum until late 2020. It absolutely will not be open in 2 weeks.

i have also heard it may not be back at all.

A couple years ago I heard a rumour that there were plans to demolish it and a new attraction would use that land. Whether those plans have now changed because they went down Atlantis path, I don’t know, but I definitely think they should do something. When it was Planet SOS I remember the attraction always being popular and that might have been because there was a clear entrance along the parks main path. I don’t think anyone goes up towards the entrance of Spongebob anymore because the Skyway was removed

I wish they’ve fix up the bottleneck access to Jet Rescue. I was hoping with Atlantis they were going to remove that bridge, as it seemed like Leviathan was going to reach that area, but those plans found proved that thought wrong.

Not always. On occasion, no dates has meant parts on order without ETA. Perhaps the projector is broken?

They do need to do something with that castle though.

See the lumens rating? cinema range is more like 15-20,000 lumens.
Big buildings, big throw distances. Need a lot of light. When you throw in dual pipe for 3d operation, start talking over 100k.

More like this. https://www.digitalcinema.com.au/digital-projection-insight-dual-laser-4k-projector-64hz-lens-sold-separately.html

edit: Or something like this for half the price.
