Wet'n'Wild on Boxing Day?

I am thinking of Wet'n'Wild GC on Boxing Day (only day I have off). I know it's a public / school holiday - would the queues be too long? I'm thinking about getting a fast pass which would make some rides easier - is the fast pass worth it (i.e. will the lines be a lot quicker)? It looks like it might rain which may be good in terms on crowd. Will be getting there at about 11:30 which may be a challenge (in queues) itself lol. Any feedback from anyone who has recently attended is very much appreciated. :)

Will be insanely busy, as will pretty much any day post Boxing Day until late January.

If you don’t get there until 11:30 you’ll likely find fast passes sold out already

The park will be very very busy. You can buy a Fast Track online, but it ain’t cheap. And you’ll also struggle to find a seat to leave your towels/stuff, so really you should try and get there for opening if you can

Yeah - if its your only day off, and you really want to go, then go. Buy the fast track online in advance to avoid having them sell out. As mentioned you won't have anywhere to put your stuff at that point, so go in, shove it all in a locker, activate your fast track, and go for it. It's going to be insanely busy, but your fast track should help you make the most of it.

Its also open until 8pm (selected slides) so I think a fast pass is decent value if you're there for the whole time.

The lockers next to the change rooms will likely be sold out, and you will need to use the ones near the frozen coke stand (best themed food stall??).

 

You will also likely have to park really far away if you're driving.

Oh bugger. I take that back then, what a horrible place. If it wasn't a water park I would suggest burning it to the ground.
