We feel as though the VIP Ski Lodge was something planned that never quite got implemented.

It was for the Park After Dark VIP experience only, just tables/seats (which could be hard to find otherwise during Park After Dark) and a roaming entertainment staff member (Jack Frost) .

Rather than charging people extra for exclusive tables and chairs - perhaps Dreamworld might consider just buying more for their next major 'dinnertime' event?

It was one of the many inclusions of the VIP event ticket and I’m sure a minor selling point, its not an issue unique to DW see Carnivale at SW.

Sea World has a lot of seating options. They may not all be convenient to the place of purchase, but there is plenty of places to sit and eat including several nice grassy spaces. Dreamworld doesn't have this.

Seriously though, if you're holding an event where you have lots of food, just hire some tables and chairs for the night. Event hire places do them really cheap. if you need to recoup that cost because you're so close to the line, then increase tickets by a dollar or two.

I'm fine for you offering an exclusive extra place - characters, exclusive photo ops, table service or buffet or whatever comes with the premium, but not at the expense of the general experience - if you have a food offering, and it is (clearly by your statement) well known that a place to sit and eat is hard to find.....

PROVIDE MORE FUCKING TABLES

Please do not encourage DW to purchase more chairs.  As the great poet Billy-No-Fingers wrote.

Chairs, Chairs, Chairs.

We need more chairs.

For every chair DW buys.

Another ride dies.

Maybe if DW put /s at the end of the sign @Parkz Newswould have got the joke.

On that, I think Sea World is the best place to take a break and eat. So many spots to sit and watch animals or rides and just distance yourself from others.
