Long time visitors would know that Sea World has not given out plastic straws with drinks due to the harm they could cause to sea life in the park, meaning chugging down drinks was the only way to go. Now the park has biodegradable paper straws.

Riders on Aqualoop are now required to wear "aquapacks". They're made of foam, with hard plastic on the side that touches the side. Aparently they reduce the amount of times people stall out at the bottom of the slide, and protect your back from the slide suface.

On each of the spirals the slide flares out to become wider, but at the same time completes the spiral very tightly. When you ride this forces the raft to whip around the spiral, riding up on the wall.
