The ride has a steel lattice tower structure as it was never built with the intention of having a freefall ride down the side as on the Tower of Terror at Dreamworld.
The queue and station is located in the appropriatley themed "Fortress of Solitude"
Look closely and Superman can be seen facing down at riders from the top of the tower.
The Jet Stream used to have a twin drops that boats would alternate going down to increase capacity, though it appears this feature has been closed off for good. The last section of Ninja can be seen too.
Ninja swoops over The Jetstream.
The cars can swing up to 110 degrees during the course of the ride.
Lots of near misses with trees on this ride.
The first two inversions
Batman The Ride is one of the better themed rides at Six Flags Magic Mountain.
Here the final two inversions can be seen, a pair of interlocking corkscrews.
The cobra roll follows the Zero G Roll, and contains the 4th and 5th inversions.
The raven turns.
In the half-half element the track completes a 180 degree twist whilst the seats do a 180 degree flip.
The final helices make for a thrilling finish.
Screamin Right Handers is suspended over the splashdown pool.
The sole full speed turn in the layout.
The ride entrance could be seen as a nod to another Australian icon, Luna Park.
The ride has a fairly similar layout to the standard Mack travelling wild mouse model, but some of the dips are more drawn out to reduce intensity.
For a Disney ride, the theming is fairly simplistic.
The entire area is comfortably shaded.
