Wild World at Dreamworld this Easter school holiday
These holidays, Dreamworld will transform into “Wild World” with live shows and interactive animal experiences to delight guests from the 3rd to the 17th April.
Half hourly live shows will be presented in Dreamworld’s Main Street featuring some of Dreamworld’s most interesting wildlife. Main Street will play host to special Easter bilbies, blue tongue lizards, baby croc’s and koalas as Ranger Stacey presents shows for guests. Intermittent shows on stage include Venomous Snakes and Free Flight Birds. Children and adults alike will enjoy engaging indigenous stories of totem animals told by Corroboree staff. Also making a very special cameo return to the stage will be the original Dreamworld character, Cooee the Gumnut Fairy, alongside friends Kenny and Belinda.
The wild times continue with the ever popular Australian sheep shearing show, Tiger Island presentations and loads of shows down at Corroboree including koala talks, croc talks and face painting. Families can get up close and personal with the stars of Wild World as they roam with the kangaroos; have their photo taken with a koala or giant snake; see our newest editions including a baby bilby, young tassie devils, wombats, tree roos, dingo pups and so much more.
Guests who want to go even wilder can book one of Dreamworld’s unique wildlife experiences to feed a giant croc, spend time with dingo pups, interact with a wombat, have a photo with, feed or walk with a tiger or even embark on a Sunset Safari for a guided tour behind the scenes.
Dreamworld is home to hundreds of native Australian wildlife and is one of the largest zoological contributors to conservation in the country through the Dreamworld Wildlife Foundation. Collaborating with existing wildlife conservation groups, DWF brings substantial financial support to the conservation movement globally. To help support DWF’s efforts guests can even adopt their favourite animal into their family through the Adopt An Animal Program. If you want to experience amazing animal encounters then head to Dreamworld these school holidays.
Whether it’s furry, feathered, scaly or scary, take a walk on the wild side at Dreamworld’s Wild World!
