66 hectares of land have been purchased for the resort. The water park will make up 12ha.
The developers have expressed interest in developing the park in unison with Warner Village Theme Parks, with the Gold Coast theme park company lending design, management and operational expertise. However, they have indicated that the project will proceed with or without WVTP.
