Dollywood Express Overview
Beginning at a station in "The Village", the line runs north through the park along a single track 'mainline' type section, before turning back on itself and running south to a balloon loop. The train then proceeds back the way it came along the 'mainline' to a second balloon loop that runs around the "County Fair" area, and back to the station.
The park operates a fleet of five coal fired steam locomotives.
