Spinning ride with 4 arms. At the end of each arm is a spinning 'cross 'with a pair of freely flipping seats at the end of each cross.
As the ride rotates the crosses are tilted up to vertical, giving the sensation to riders as if they are flipping around on the end of a windmill blade.
