The citizens of Bikini bottom are having their annual parade, but Spongebob accidentally brings things to a stop, and hilarity ensues.
The parade takes place at the front of the main lake on a newly created concrete stage area, featuing dry land floats, boats, kites, dancers and costumed characters.
