Wild Mouse Overview
Built by Luna Park general manager Ted Hopkins. It is one of three identical coasters based on designs which he licensed from a European manufacturer.
Little is known about which European firm did design this ride, however it is known that it is not Schwarzkopf as some sources suggest. Schwarzkopf never engaged in the construction or design of wooden coasters.
In the past it has been relocated to the Royal Easter Show at the RAS Showgrounds for the duration of the show, and during that time the ride was replaced with the "Wild Cat"
The Ride that is here now is the same one that has been operating since 1959, which came back in 1992.
