Zodiac Overview
Along with the standard axial rotation of a Ferris wheel, this model rotates from level to vertical as part of the ride programme. Each gondola has a rider-controlled spinning element.
Originally located at Paramount's Kings Island in Ohio, USA whose parent company at the time managed Wonderland.
Its debut season at Wonderland Sydney is unknown. The ride operated at Kings Island from 1975 til 1986 and was removed after the 1989 season. The ride would have then presumably been added in 1990 or after.
