Dreamworks is a Paramount company which is a Time Warner Company. lol... I think it will be a flat ride - even if you tore out all those buildings it still isn't much space. Though this isn't a bad thing. I used to HATE Movie World but now it's getting better and better. Dreamworld is falling behind - they need a new ride, a big one. SOON.

EXACTLY richard! I mean I know it still is cheap but they haven't got anything NEW, I don't know why they need to increase the price when the park is the same as it was 2 years ago.. Operating costs may have increased but this is just a small margin in comparison to other things. Definately not worth a $15 rise when WVTP are increasing their rides WHICH may I say is what everyone goes to themeparks for, therefore increasing their sales of all aspects including food and merchandise.

Well personally I loved DCA, the Paradise Pier section in particular. But I did enjoy Twilight Zone - it was amazing. Though if you go to Anaheim you really don't go for DCA, You go for DL - It's probably the world's most recognised themepark.

I was reading the RACQ website which you are able to get themepark ticket discounts from. I noticed that from November the price hike for a Max Action Pass will be 15 dollars from 170 to 185. I really think this is way too expensive as there is no need for Dreamworld to increase costs this much - they have no new rides or attractions besides whatever is going in behind the back which doesn't look big at all. Also, in retrospect, what does this mean for Whitewater World? Seriously, Wet'n'Wild prices are only rising by 2 dollars whilst Whitewater World sits on the 44 dollar mark for the first year? And it is half the size of Wet'n'Wild? I think Dreamworld need to lower their prices... What are your opinions on this?

Yeah that's what I meant Mickey. If that is the case I'm going early lol. But yeah I went down yesterday and it all seems well underway, they just need to finish the bowl and touch up the themeing and it seems all good to go.

Yeah that really annoys me how people say "Oh they stole the tornado idea of WnW".. I mean come on it's not a complete replica they are two different slides.

Yeah haha, sorry. It seems kinda small. It will also not be a drop out bowl like on RCT - it does have one of those little curvy things. I did try to brighten and recontrast the image on photoshop but to none avail. The base for it is complete and all the pieces were around the outside, no sign of themeing on it yet...

I think WWW should have lower prices than 44 dollars. I mean come on. You have the choice of going to 1 of 2 parks, both ranging from about the same quality. If WWW has lower prices, it means that you may aswell go there because you are getting the same quality day for a lower price. Say 10 people go to WWW at a price of 35 dollars = 350 But only 7 people go to WNW because they are more expensive at 40 = 280 dollars. So overall the park would make more money by having lower prices.. If you can make sense of that.

I drove past this morning but didn't bother getting out. Here is one of the pictures of the Behemoth Bowl I took from the passenger seat with my phone. Sorry about the quality, I hope it's better than nothing anyway. You can drive past the bowl as it is on the outer edge of the park, behind the OctoRacer and in front of the Cyclone/Tube Slides. It is looking awesome and all together the park is just amazing with the colour. From what I saw inside the park it seems to be very tropical themed and I have read sites that say it is a "shrine to beach culture" so I think we will be seeing a lot of beach themeing. The wall on the wave pool has been painted and it has a rocky theme with the letters WOW or WWW on the top in the mould. There are also no proper roofs on the rides at the top, just shade sails. The entry also seems complete. I think this park should be finished within the next 6 weeks. Hopefully they open it early :] I don't think they will though. Sorry about the dodgy image again. :/ Also, I notice with the Tornado it seems to be smaller than the one at WnW, or more narrow. Can anyone confirm this? I don't know if this is because I'm looking at it from the Parkway Access street... but it does seem smaller.

I can't wait for the bowl. The octo race seems pretty high.. I wonder if it is going to curve down to the bowl or just going to go straight down. Either way it's going to be heaps of fun.

I read somewhere that there will be pumps used at WWW, unlike WNW where it is just a moving wall. This will make the waves "surfable" enabling them to break like a real beach.

I would think there wouldn't be. Take Six Flags Magic Mountain and Hurricane Harbor for example. Even though they are as adjacent as DW and WWW, there are no dual annual passes avaliable. It would be a good idea to see though, lets hope it does happen because I will be buying one :] (Live 3 Mins Awayyyy)
