  1. And here I was expecting to see at least one rollercoaster or thrill ride in the top #5 reviewed on Parkz, hahaha.... wtf?? LOL @ #2 & #3 😂😂😂
  2. For you @Skeeta...you don't need to steal this one haha 😜 And thus concludes TPG's rolling coverage of the Hypercoaster construction for today, as I am now home and have to head to work 😛😆👍 @LORD_Noodle I don't think Movie World has announced anything more specific than it just being a September opening. But I dare say they will probably aim for it to be ready to go for the school holiday period!
  3. Pretty much. What is obviously the remaining three pieces for the top of the hill are sitting underneath it now 👍
  4. @Jakev8 haha definitely! Nice to meet you too and have someone to watch the coaster assembly with for a bit 😆👍
  5. Here's an better view of what we have so far with this Hill, with a surfside bus thrown in for good measure haha 👍
  6. Yep, there's Mack officials on site supervising and assisting in the assembly ☺️👍
  7. Part of me doesn't want to leave because I wanna see more pieces go up 😂 In that case I'm definitely offended 😉
  8. You're welcome 😊 We have an amazing group effort happening! Happy to keep my side of things up so we can all stay on top of the construction piece by piece. Will try and visit a couple more times over coming days between work shifts, since I live somewhat local to MW (a couple of suburbs over, so a somewhat short drive lol) and I know it can be harder for others due to time and distance involved. Very exciting times, hey guys 😆👍
  9. After reading the above I went to check out the Buzzsaw today to see of signage had changed to reflect that on the website. Sadly it's still the same (in one case, still broken with the blade missing 🙁). Would have been good, had it been a new universal change/upgrade for the ride signage and the Buzzsaw's overall image. As I've said before, even the small things add up in the end to complete the full picture...
  10. Today's update (please excuse the window glare!) more wall theming and also signage going up: Also seems to be something happening out here, perhaps a seated terrace area for people to eat outside? Not sure if it's still opening this month or not. Haven't heard otherwise, but also doesn't look like it will be finished within the next week or two 😮 What do you guys think?
  11. Got some more today whilst both on and off the train. Definitely a lot of mesh going up, including all around the walls inside that doorway - looks like it's definitely going to have cave or tunnel theming identical to that of the current lair on the other side 😆
  12. Had another look today, evidence seems to still suggest no recent activity. Troughs are bone dry and full of leaves. Boats still banked up before the final hill climb. Water pumps are still off. Not sure where this rumour came from that they have been testing it out lately, it it's clearly not the case - at least not since we had all the ex TC Debbie weather, as there seemed to be a little more happening before then (as per my original post) but yeah, has gone quiet again now 😕 @Theme Park Ninja you may very well have a point there. Part of me also wonders if maybe it's also related to that lawsuit by the guy who *cough* *cough* "fell out" of the ride. Pretty sure I read somewhere that he was going to push his case more following the TRR incident, so perhaps that whole debacle needs to be settled as well first 😑
  13. Took some pics of the Wipeout today. Hard to tell if much has changed since the last lot were shared of it, despite being nearly 3 weeks later 😕 ...although I did spot maintenance up there having a look at it on April 11th:
  14. Track update 1.30pm: Two more pieces have been locked into place, one added to the climb making it even taller, and a curved part down low, further to the left (as per the positioning seen in the last pic) 😆👍
  15. Sorry guys, have been super busy working over the past week lol. Just popped into MW just now to snag some latest piccies of our monster of a creation 😆 Enjoy guys... Just outside Dreamworld now, so will have some updated pics to share of here as well shortly 👍
  16. I visit Dreamworld 2-3 times a week, but I have to say, as far as activity goes with the Log Ride (including up to yesterday, when I was there last), I haven't personally witnessed any movement or changes with it for weeks - and my husband and I have been watching it closely 😑 The water pumps have been left switched off since the ex TC came through, all and troughs are still bone dry other than at the station. The boats are still sitting in the same places along the track as well. The only movement I have noticed is the maintenance window sometimes being open, sometimes being closed. That's about it, which has been a disappointment since as I reported a few weeks ago, it did initially look like things may be happening with it. But from what I've seen first hand during my frequent park visits, everything has been sitting stagnant since 🙁 There's a pic I took of the ride yesterday ^
  17. @Skeeta yeah, all around that corner. Here's a couple more pics, if it helps...
  18. So I managed another sneak peek today inside the Patisserie & Grill, but a somewhat awkward one 😂 Went to peer through the outside windows, only for the automatic doors to open and reveal three guys working on a (themed) brick wall inside the entrance, who all looked over at me. I sheepishly said hello and commented on what a great job they were doing, before promptly departing 😂😮 But yeah, as I was obviously unable to get photos this time round, I can at least say that it's really coming along great in there! They have completed more of the serving counter, and are currently finishing off the walls of the kitchen behind it, as well as working on the theming. I'll try to get one or two next visit around when it's not so occupied lol 🤔 Unfortunately blue dividers have gone up along the windows between the new section and inside the Emporium, so it can no longer be seen from there
  19. Here's my photo contribution for this week The temporary entryway into the MW carpark has concrete laid, and nearly ready to be used: The inside the coaster compound now has a road running through it, which I'm sure makes things more convenient for the workers and their heavy vehicles: Lots of coaster parts have now arrived and are awaiting to be transported and assembled. Got a few pics from different angles just so you can see exactly how many (and possibly help to identify what type they are?) And obviously as we all know there are many, many more on the way lol Inside the station construction area, lots of orange things have now appeared which I'm assuming is related to electrical conduits or something along the lines? @Skeeta, maybe you can shed light on this? I'd love to know Every week we're seeing more and more activity happening. Beats watching grass being mowed. It's awesome Enjoy
  20. It is small, but there wasn't a huge amount they could do with such a space tbh. This morning it was a bit cramped with so many people in there for the opening, but it was ok once it emptied out (which is how it will be most of the time) and a lot more manageable. It's not really the type of store you'd spend a huge amount of time in anyway ☺️
