Oh ok, thats good. I agree with screammachines little ala Air idea, that'd be awesome. swooping curves over water and massive landscaping, perhaps Dreamworld should do away with the whol rivertown/wild wild west (Australia) idea and theme it, better, and more out there!

It looks crap, end of story, ugly and useless. On another topic, slightly, in your little editing of Hussrainbows signiture, you infact went across the community guidelines, by using capitol letters within a sentence and not on a proper noun, unless community guidelines is a proper noun. you also forgot to provide a full stop.

Bah Flimsham, must have been crowded then, I got a massively long ride when I went to a practically empty day 2 years ago at Sydney.

Well I'd be hella happy, I'd much rather see a flying coaster, than another boring (in comparison) sit down roller coaster. As long as its made by B&M or Vekoma, I dont want that piece of crap Zamperla ride in this country, Vekomas alright though, but B&M (OMG!)

$250million dollar theme park for NSW/Goulburn
Nebuchanezzar replied to cordonbleu's topic in Theme Park Discussion
Indeed, I could actually make a day trip out of it, Goulburn is less that 2 hours away. -
Indeed, why not just plant heaps of tall trees, that always works, even though it'll take time for em to grow...
-
Ooooh, I very much hope its a B&M, but of course, judging by evidence presented, it looks to be a rumour atm, lets all prey that it is a B&M Flyer. Maybe they'll even make it swoop in and out of little trenches ala' Nemesis. Ooooh, you got me all excited

Or something like the Incredible hulk? half-ish-not really enclosed, oh well, I still reckon an incredible hulkesque ride'd be cool.

so is Las Vegas, even though its bigger, it still manages to do well, im sure a smaller attraction than Las Vegas can do well in a smaller distance from a major Metro area, as Las Vegas can from its mega-isolation. -
Oooooh, lets get an Intamin Mega coaster happening!

Indeed, I forgot about the Indiago. My sincere apologies to everyone.

Good to see you had fun, did you ride the Claw?

$250million dollar theme park for NSW/Goulburn

I personally dont think it will be such a huge problem, I think its a good idea, maybe we'll have a B&M in our country finally! -
I doubt that you'd have the materials and stuff to do it with, It'd just be easier to put a small motor in the gondola and then power it by batteries or summat, or maybe pull it by a cable. As for the Wipeout, closest you'll get is a HUSS Top Spin

So, lemme get this straight, its not a theme park, just a big area with a bunch of golf courses and recreational stuff in it? -
Well, not too much of the general public care about the actual height, only for the fact that it is fastest and tallest.
-
Yeah, but if your getting one, make sure you dont make my mistake and get a Musik Express *shudders* Breakdance is good though, their my two I have, nothing compared to HussRainbows collection but still...
-
Hmm, I reckon a real big-assed 300 ft vertical loop, this may seem far-fetched, well, it probably is, but iuno, it'd be relatively interesting to see if it could be done, and at what height, cost etc... Howd that go to get your adrenaline pumping (hey, that sounded like a non coaster enthusist comment, a 300ft loop, oh well)
-
Is that to say you dont like Intamin, or you do like Intamin, because personally I think Intamin have a lot of good rides under their belt, take for instance at Dreamworld, all of their Intamin rides, and they all look like their functioning fine to me, and now their getting a new Intamin thing!!! So in conclusion, what have you got against Intamin?
-
Whoa, Riddlers was running more than one train, now thats the first time I've heard that poor Six Flags...
-
Yeah, I beleive it is what with all the "SFMM is crap" remarks you see at theme park websites, regardless, it just seemed like a negative more than positive review to me, and I didnt check out all the comments underneath it, I did after you posted that quote that I had no idea where it came from. Anyway...yeah
-
Exactally, it was quite a stupid quote, not everyone works at wonderland and not everyone knows what section two is, that it was some electrical switchboard. I still dont get it, this is what I have gathered Section 2 died, yet it was struggling to survive (as in not fail) before it did die, and section 2 controlled gondola 2. I dont have sub-par intelligence but can someone elaborate on this for me? in black and white.

Why does Queensland have the main theme parks
Nebuchanezzar replied to brady's topic in Theme Park Discussion
Here is my reasons for why Walt Disney is a jerk: I dont have any, it was just a random comment thrown at him, he did a great job, although I dont think that animation wouldnt have taken off if he wern't around, now please stop picking on me anyway, I dont really think that Dreamworlds location on the highway is that important, Dreamworld receives and received a lot of publicity, its not like perople are gonna drive up past Dreamworld and go 'Hey! Theres a theme park, lets go for a bit of a spin, pay about 100 bucks to get in and sacrifice our former days plans!' Sorry if I sounded sarcastic but I dont really think that its position on the highway really matters. -
When Will There be a NEW Themepark in Australia
Nebuchanezzar replied to brady's topic in Theme Park Discussion
I got an idea "Busch Gardens Australia [located of Sydney for my convinence]" Or "Six Flags over Australia"they both have nice rings to em if you ask me, if either of em came over here, at least it'd be probable that we'd get some nice B&M coasters, at least I would expect we would... -
I like the idea of putting it near the Claw, or near the cyclone, when I went to dreamworld all I remember seeing all the time was them 'big' imposing loops sticking out from behind the Thunderbolt entrance, without them there it must seem kinda empty, stick em out somewhere near the Claw, I most certainly agree.
