The description says "DEMOLISH BERMUDA TRIANGLE RIDE & BUILDING INTERIOR" which to me says the building itself will remain intact and could be used for the replacement. If this is going to Sea World I wouldn't expect to see any word from the park about it until March/April next year following this statement earlier this year.

Within a year, the Tower of Terror was under construction and I am sure plans for the Giant Drop would have been underway. In 1998, during the Giant Drop's construction, Dreamworld was purchased by Macquarie Leisure (later renamed to Ardent Leisure).

That's exactly what I was thinking. If you look at you'll see that their product they were advertising featured players interacting with the screens and objects in real life. I think that is exactly what we will see here but with 3d projections.
